The waitress was awesome. We were seated right away. Plus Mondays you get a free slice of pie. Food was good. My country fried steak was seriously crunchy, but still good. I like mine medium crunchy. Everything else was fine.

Stopped in for breakfast this morning. Had to wait a few minutes to be seated. Wide variety of breakfast and lunch/dinner options on the menu. The brioche fench toast was amazing. The bread was so fluffy. The chicken fried biscuits were filed with juicy chicken, fluffy biscuits and creamy gravy. The top sirloin with eggs was good. Steak a bit overcooked. Had to wait several minutes to pay my bill at the hostess desk.

We’ll worth the drive from Rochester to get some good breakfast!! The cook did a fantastic job! He was fast and cooked right and presentation was amazing! The waitress was also very nice and helpful! Highly recommend stopping by this location!

Since 1958 with nearly 300 locations in 32 states and Canada, this family style restaurant has produced commercial style home cooked meals and baked goods. Style and floor setup is pretty common with padded booths, padded chairs with tables and display counter with muffins, pies and cookies. Wait staff takes orders from your table and you pay later at the counter. Menu offers an extensive breakfast line of Griddle Greats, Farm Fresh Omelettes, Sensational Sunrise Skillets, Egg-cellent Benedicts and more. Lunch and dinner have many options of soups and salads, signature burgers, savory supper skillets, simple comfort classics and seasonal specials. And don’t forget their ever temping variety of fruit pies, cream pies, cheesecakes, large muffins and cookies. I’ve reached the age now to join the 55 Plus Club and order a limited selection of meals at a reduced rate. My country fried steak was a lightly breaded beefsteak topped with their country-style cream sauce and came with two sides picked out of a dozen choices. I went with the garden salad with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, cheddar cheese, croutons and ranch dressing and the red mashed potatoes and brown gravy. Overall quality and quantity was good with that simple home cooked taste. Service was friendly and yes, we took pie home with us.

Their service has improved but is still not consistent.. today our food was hot fresh and came quickly.. in the past one or more items have come out cold and dry.. and almost 10 dollars for one waffle?! My dad was not happy with that but on the other hand their pies are amazing and the waitresses are a ray of sunshine.. I'd give 5 stars if the food was consistently hot and fresh... still not a bad experience tho

While traveling to a high school reunion stopped at this Perkins location on the way there and on the way back. It was a tale of two cities. While on the trip there it was wonderful, food was hot fresh & cheerfully served. On the way back service was slow even dare I say in different. We stopped at about the same time of day both times. Around lunch time. And I don't know what the difference was, same restaurant. looked to be most of the same staff. Meal we had coming back was delivered not according to our order and wasn't prepared very well. We didn't make a stink but we were very surprised that a place that had been so good while we were on our 1st visit was so bad just a few days later. I generally like Perkins. They seem to occupy a niche That's a little bit more upscale and I rarely have had a bad meal there. And because my recent experience is so 50/50 I don't really know how to judge them. On the one hand hadt a great time and a great meal on the way up. Went to the same restaurant on the way back and it was like I went to two totally different locations.
