For a fast food burger before grocery shopping Dairy Queen is best for being easier on my stomach. It also saves on my grocery bill. Service is okay and yes if I'm friendly they definitely are to. Even when they are very busy and under pressure.
I guess customer service goes both ways and makes both parties have a better day. Thank you Dairy Queen for being there for us. I do agree you shouldn't charge for needed sauces but also to often a free handful without a customer asking can hurt a business and most of it ends up in the trash. Maybe to satisfy both business and customer it would be best to ask the customer first. Same for a handful of napkins for one hamburger.

Went for a drive today to Omack went to Dairy Queen then back home. 8 hours of driving. It was snowing on the pass, saw 2 bears on the side of the biway.Spent quality time with my parents.first road trip in my new Jeep Cherokee trail hawk,it did good.

Ordered an oreo dirt pie blizzard with no gummy worms, yet there were gummy worms in my blizzard. Third time this has happened.

I tried the brownie salted toffee blizzard. I still think the turtle blizzard is the best. My husband likes the peanut buster parfait.

Went today and got 2 6pc. Chicken strip baskets. We ordered extra gravy with both since 1 isn't enough. We were charged for each extra gravy but didn't receive any. Got home and meals were ruined because we didn't have enough gravy.☹️
