Burger King GM is my least favorite job of all time and I LOVE restaurant operations. That said I know full well tyke budget constraints you deal with and unreasonable expectations and yet you all still smile! Fyi- everyone is hiring you can do so much better! Burger King will steal your soul a day

New melts were good! Menu changes a lot so there is always something new to try. I like this location a lot because Val and Ms Betty are here and they have been awesome everyone I stop in which is quite frequently
The manager of this CLEARLY understaffed BK, kept her cool in a very busy situation. Literally her and the cook were the only two there. Full drive through line and people inside. I, myself, could NOT have been so calm and collected like she was in this situation! Kudos to her. She definitely needs
The only decent burger King in Omaha. Most of them you can barely get someone to take your order, but this one they upsell you cookies! And they get your food out quickly and it's actually warm. The daytime manager is a wonderful woman. So pleasant!
Manager here is overworked and I'm sure underpaid for what she deals with. Not her fault the only ones showing up for work dont really wanna work. Cut her some slack, I get a decent meal under 10$ once a week and order is ALWAYS right. Much appreciated!!

Location has a new General Manager.
He certainly has a good attitude.
If he stays it will be a huge change to that location. The inside feels cleaner and the attitude of staff seems easy more upbeat.
BK needs to up their game and this manager is a step in the right direction.

I went here for breakfast, and I have to say it almost feels nostalgic! I used to go as a child! I got the French toast stuck meal and it was delicious! Everything was warm and the service was speedy. The employees were kind and efficient.
I ordered via DoorDash and sadly DoorDash ordered it wrong and refused responsibility. We drove to the BK ourselves to have it corrected and the staff was so incredibly kind. They were understanding and amazing. I believe it was the manager who was in on his day off but he was still smiling and cord
A couple times my Large French fry was forgotten but when I went back the manager on duty, Dom, was outstanding. He went above & beyond with fixing the problem. He actually made my day.
