Actually Subway has some very decent food , and it is very healthy depending on what you order . I usually have a salad or a half of a sub sandwich during my lunch break at work . Sincerely yours Rome Cottrell .

I love Subway sandwiches and a Subway sandwich is a walk in the park back in the day we used to eat these sandwiches and now we're still eating them it's a good thing to happen you're on a diet it's good I lost over 80 lb bike just eating Subway sandwiches
