Review Taco Bell - Omaha

It was really hot inside.ost of our food was prepared wrong. Sour cream, lettuce was put into tacos which was specified on our order screen. We ordered watermelon and Baja Blast frosty and got pops instead. We had to go back and forth to the counter to get missed items, or wrong items. Only 3 people working the kitchen, and an occasional 4th person. They charged me for cinnamon twists, they were out so they subbed more chips and cheese dips. The manager was extremely helpful and refunded me for the cinnamon twists. All were really struggling to keep up with drive thru and counter customers. I had to order from the kiosk which my personal opinion is nasty. Other people touching them all day...gross!

It literally been 3 yrs since I been in a TB. The TB by us lobby isn’t open. Found out that Q one is open & stopped in. It’s as GREAT as always live this TB💕

New workers but plenty of patience by the shift manager. Food was fresh and delicious. Thanks for a great experience

The drive through was quick and efficient. The food was correct and served hot.

Food was decent this time around. A little light on the portions as I could see big gaps of missing meat and veggies in the product.

My husband went through the drive through and we found out that the Mexican pizza is no more, boo hoo😥❤them so I wouldn't go back, the only dish I liked.

I love Taco Bell just about as much as the next person. It is good at what it is trying to accomplish. That's perfectly fair. What I have to say about this location in particular however is something that I can't really say truthfully about many other fast food places. Out of all the times I visited (embarrassingly many) I can probably count on one hand that this particular site over the YEARS that this side has messed up my order. Within the context of fast food you probably know how big of a deal this is! I can go anywhere within 5 to 10 minutes of my house and have multiple options for fast food. But when I want to avoid the hassle of having to get it home, find out something was missing, and decide whether or not it's worth going back to get it fixed, I would rather just trust the reliability of this place and get it done right the first time. So I think we all know how good fast food is, honestly, but where this store really, really stands out is the convenience and reliability of their staff. Fast. Friendly. So, so friendly! And reliable. Even in the midst of staffing shortages where the dining room has to be shut down and the only thing open is the drive through. That's why I choose to go to this Taco Bell over any other in my area. Thank you! For what it's worth. Thank you so much!

This location is very hit or miss, but leans on the side of hit most of the time. They aren't typically open at 7am because not many people show up on time, but I have always been able to get in at 8am. I'd give it an 80-85%, simply because the food is amazing when they do it right, but I can't say it's always done right. Staff is super friendly and helpful though if things are done wrong! Also the late night drive thru is slow at times, but usually spot on.

I go through the drive thru quite frequently due to work most weekend nights. I drive out of my way for this one... To make a long story short I'm only in the line for about 10 mins. Quickest Taco Bell drive thru line by far. Keep up the good work guys!!
