The ube waffles were awesome, and the bubble tea was the best I've had! Especially their tapioca pearls, which I tend to be picky about. The prices were also very reasonable. Will definitely be back again!

I absolutely love Yumchaa! I have made it a goal to go through the entire menu. Typically, I almost always get a waffle, Ube waffle. This is the only place I’ve found that offers the ube waffle! It’s delicious! The last two times I went, the service wasn’t desired. No one greeted me or spoke after I greeted them- it was two new faces I wasn’t familiar with. The first time this happened, I ignored it and continued to order. The last time I walked out! Please train new staff to be welcoming and inviting to ALL guests. I would hate not to come here anymore because of that.

I've been to Yumchaa various times and each one I have a different experience with the tapioca pearl boba. I got the honeydew Slush boba + tapioca pearl boba and this time around the boba were very hard, and not cooked properly.

This place was cute and the service was good. There was an option to add boba to each type of milk tea, and I got the caramel milk tea with boba. The boba itself was of good quality, chewy and gooey. There was also at least one option for food that I saw as well. What really stood out to me was that there was a section for games that were available to share with friends and family. To me, that shows they aren’t just about making money but also about making sure their customers have a good experience.

I didn't prefer the actual tapioca boba here. It's not the best.
The other toppings like crystal boba, lychee jelly and the popping boba were all good.
The milk tea was pretty standard in flavor. Good, but the tapioca boba just wasn't great. There was no bounce to it.

if you ask for no ice they just reduce the amount of drink you get. Most places will just give you the extra liquid but this place doesn't. I mean you don't get less drink, it's more like you don't get any more.
If you are in the military, they do a military discount of 10%.
They have a rewards program but if you don't tell them they often forget so you won't get your free drink... So make sure you ask

Cute boba shop! Friendly staff. There are big windows with plenty of light, and plenty of tables and counters to sit at. There is a station with games that you can borrow to play while you sip!

It's my first time there and I can say the ambience is pretty good. I could hang out there all day long with books and cup of taro milktea. The design of the place is pretty warm and so welcoming. I love their idea of putting their menu in front of the counter it's easy to read especially to people who's nearsighted. It's clean I couldn't see any dust either in the floor or in the tables. The arrangement of tables is applausable too it's not too close yet not so far. The ornaments that placed in every corner are pretty much balance. Now let's talk about the service, it didn't take long maybe 5-10 minutes you're order is already served and take note the flavors that they claim to have in each order is there. The richness of milk and tea is balance. They also have an option for the sugar level which I find amusing especially to those people whose looking out for sugar intake. The range of sugar percentage is from 0-100 , I got mine in 50% and it taste like how I want it to taste like if I'm preparing it myself. And the price is not too much. All I can say is I definitely recommend this place!

I ordered the jasmine milk tea with tapioca pearls. The drink was very well flavored and pretty much perfect. Absolutely no complaints whatsoever with the drink.
I do want to take the time to commend the kid that was working on Sunday evening shift. I think they were the only one at the counter taking orders and making drinks. There were about 12 people that took orders in a span of a few minutes. The kid was very polite and respectful and kept their cool. They knocked out drinks fairly quickly and didn't seem to break a sweat. The drink I ordered took a little longer than usual to get but it was reasonable considering how busy it got. 👏

I ordered my favorite drink: the brown sugar boba tea. It was very yumchaa. I wish they sell okinawa flavor. It was my first time and I was impressed.

I ordered a few drinks for take out for my kids. Mango, matcha and taro were my favorite flavor as always. Their ice cream is very good as well. The only downside of their store is that even though not too many customers but it still took them a long time to prepare for the drinks which could be improved.

Overall very nice decorative aesthetic. Tea was also quite refreshing and tasty. However, quite pricy, ~$4.50 gets you the same amount of tea as ~$3.50 from Thirst Tea. Way too much ice in the drink.
Edit: second visit, cup was full and also had half ice as requested. Still very tasty. Boba was slightly too soft, but overall still very good
