Not sure why Google says they have food. Prolly my favorite bar in Omaha, the atmosphere is perfect and the shows are amazing. The vibe is very punky/goth dive bar with cheap drinks, weird art and amazing underground music. Super fun super cool if you're a weirdo you belong here.

The Sydney is a benson staple. You get that laid back, be whatever you want to be. Definitely a safe place! Shows and exciting events happen often, plus the staff is amazing. Queer night on thursdays!

The music was great. Bathrooms were kind of gross but there were a ton of people there and guys don't know how to aim after a few drinks so what are you gonna do. Bartenders were awesome and fun. The people and general vibe were good.

This is easily the best bar in omaha. Davis and Kelly are extremely professional and yet have a refined calmness that only the most delightful bartenders possess. Good tunes great deals phenomenal shows and the sydney is the most dog friendly bar I've ever been to.

I’ve wondered in here a few times on random visits to the area, but have only recently visited on some weeknights.
Great little bar, staff are down to earth good people and the patrons were great as well.
I hear they do live music too, I’ll have to check that out.

Amazing dive bar, good prices and always an interesting crowd. Sketchy people, friendly bartenders, good beer in a dimly lit room. Fantastic scrawling on bathroom/outdoor walls with everything from the crude to the incredible.

A very chill bar to hangout with friends. They have a good variety of beers and liquor. From time to time they have musicians perform as well, but I love that they support local organizations by letting them having events at the bar.

I seeked refuge here after a horrible experience with another Benson bar (Fullhouse). The bartenders and patrons there were great and I will certainly be recommending the bar to friends and family. We celebrated my friends birthday there and it was a blast.

Great place to have a cheap beer and relax a while. They had a DJ there when I went that had the music at the perfect volume to where you heard the music but didn't have to yell at the person next to you.
