Hungerblock - Omaha - Photo album

I just fell in love with this place because of their milkshake! It’s huge, colourful, messy, tempting and great in taste. Definitely instagramable. We also tried hamburger their and it was also delicious. They have outer patio seating area which is very nice for summer. They provide the first chips
Our work team went here for a Birthday lunch and everyone thoroughly enjoyed it! Our server was very helpful in describing the South American dishes, including showing us examples on her tablet. I had the arroz chaufa with shrimp, steak and chicken and it was tasty! We also got to try their newest
Great service from the moment we walked in the door. The hostess and servers were friendly and attentive. We were in the neighborhood and wanted to try something different the milkshakes and burgers look amazing although we did not get either on this trip. I was looking for something a little bit li
Drove a ways to try and find some good Latin food in town. This place has all the staple dishes. The fried rice tasted a bit off and the arepas were kind of dry and stiff but everything else was delicious!
We ordered the Todo o nada (aka: appetizer sampler) and the parrilla mixta. I asked if it came with plantains and they said yes even though on the menu it's only on the xl one. All the food was fine aside from the corn meal Masa that was so hard we couldn't cut through it or chew through it. We let
If you haven't eaten here yet, you're missing out! The flavors are unmatched with so many different and unique combinations. I highly recommend the Bandeja Paisa for your first trip to get a taste of everything the Hunger Block offers. 🔥 Wonderful service & great vibes. Bonus: order the Cuba Libre c
Let’s just start with complimentary chips and fresh salsa. Fun environment and interesting menu options. There really isn’t anything else like it in the are. Although I believe Benson, Blackstone or Downtown is a better location for this type of restaurant, it works. Order the milkshake, you’ll be
Staff was all polite, especially our server (CJ I think was their name?) Food was also very good. We go here every year for my birthday and Hunger Block never disappoints!!
We had a very good time here. We celebrated our friends birthday in the restaurant we were allowed to get balloons and cake, thanks to staff. Looked like a busy place when we were there. Would definitely recommend for dinner to hangout evening with friends.
Ok, first of all. The service was absolutely amazing. Greeted with happy workers..Chips, salsa and water all within 15 seconds of sitting down. The food was incredible. I had a double hamburger (crushed potato chips, coleslaw, fried egg...) I also ordered the Latin Nachos knowing I couldn't eat it
Amazing!!! Our server (HUGE SHOUTOUT to Malissa) was incredible, attentive, kind, knowledgeable, just so great! Food was DELISH! Milkshake was downright the BEST!
Fantastic food. Highly recommend if you're looking for some delicious out of the box Latin food beyond the standard Tex-mex that is overly abundant in the Omaha Metropolitan. During our visit the owner stopped by and gave some advice regarding how to best enjoy the food and also a little backstory
This place was great. The owner was super friendly and told us how he makes everything fresh in the morning. Give it a look. Went back again. Food was wonderful. I really enjoy going here. I am hoping the hours get back to normal. Only open Thursday - Sunday.
accidentally ran into this place and I'm glad I did. the food is simply amazing. you also get a huge portion of food for money. $8 for three tacos seems pretty fair too. if you order their milkshake, plan on sharing it. it's huge and comes with a doughnut.
Amazing restaurant. The food is incredibly fresh and of good quality. Chips and salsa comes complimentary with your meal. I ordered an arepa and a nutella shake. All of the food was great. I recommend sharing the shake. I couldn't eat it all on my own. The staff are extremely kind and check with yo
A Mexican themed restaurant with a twist. Excellent margaritas, and really good food. The real impression is the desserts... make sure you google or Facebook pictures before you order! Overall great experience, and will be return for sure.
If I could give this review more than 5 stars I would. This place is awesome and the service is great! My wife and I are new to Omaha so we try to explore and find new and unique places to eat. This place is a must try. We have yet to have one of their famous sundays/milkshakes, but the food is sooo
