We sampled Tap Dancers coffee at the Omaha farmers market a couple years ago. I didn't want to try it because my GERD was bad. The salesperson told me to try Sumatra Gayo Star Full Body Clean. I did and it didn't bother me. So I bought some. Then I forgot to order more before I threw away the bag. It took a while to find them again but i'm so glad I did. They changed the name of the low acid coffee to Sumatra Gayo Star Deep. I highly recommend it to anyone with acid reflux.

We have been drinking Tapdancer coffee for 2 years now. We absolutely love the rich flavors of all of the coffees, the prices are spot on for the quality of the coffee. What I like most is that it is so low in acidity, which works well with my stomach. Tom and Maxine truly are top notch, with their high standards when purchasing, roasting and selling their coffee!!

My husband and I sampled their coffees at the Omaha home and garden show. We loved it! To be clear we tried ALL of their varieties. Our most difficult decision was getting just one bag to take home. No bitter taste during or after enjoying the coffee! I always take milk in order to offset nasty flavors but no milk necessary here. None of that acid that you taste hours later. Reasonably priced for an amazing coffee. Delightful owner/operators who truly care about their products and the people they serve. We will be buying more!

Great coffee. The natural flavors in each type of coffee they provide are complex and fun to explore. Some don't even need sugar and cream. The chocolate they provide is outrageously good. Best dark chocolate I've ever put in my mouth. Totally worth the money.

Tom is kind and extremely knowledgeable about all things coffee. No fee delivery, the day after roasting, is just impossible to beat. Not to mention, the coffee is PHENOMENAL. Made a pour over at home, and it's the best cup of joe I've had in months.

Had the pleasure of buying a bag of Espresso Blend at HyVee today, and I must say that this is some of the best coffee I have ever had! Even my wife who doesn't drink black coffee had to agree that it was amazing. Will be ordering more in the future!
