Applebee's Grill & Bar

My family and i went to applebees on dodge st in omaha. We always have a great experience,but on 02/19/20 we went in around 9:30pm. We were not very happy about the way our food was presented. We spoke to our waitress and she sent the manager over. Sorry i forgot her name she was the night manager on this day. She was very helpful and she made our orders to our satisfaction. She made sure of it. Thank you to the manager and our waitress for taking care of us. We will be back. This is why i gave them a 4 only cause the manager and our waitress took care of us.

I love this Applebee's it close to my house which is awesome. Staff has always been great. I should have written a review a while ago but I had a particularly lovely experience Tuesday night! My friend and I had sat at the bar and not only was the bartender such a sweetheart but as we were finishing our meal a older gentleman came in needing the bus times and a lot of restaurants get frustrated about people coming in and just sitting but the staff was more than happy to get him some water and was very concerned about him getting home. My friend and I ended up getting him a lyft home and the staff was so sweet and kept telling us thank you. I love that they were more concerned about him getting home instead of being frustrated about him not eating anything. 10 out of 10 would recommend! 😊

Went on my lunch break and ate at the bar. Service was good. It was my first time at this location and the food just didn't quite cut it. It was fine and all, but the dish I got was much better at the last location I'd had it (in council bluffs). It was missing the seasoning I'd gotten before and was just bland and not particularly enjoyable.

Hadn't been to an Applebee's in several years - don't know why as I usually liked them. Quite a few changes in both the menu and decor, all good. Especially liked the 2 for $20 deal - we both enjoyed the range of selections and the quality of what we ordered was very good - both the quality and quantity of the food and the way it was prepared and served. Our waitress was excellent and helpful with suggestions as the options were not as intuitive as presented, even though she was very busy. Will look forward to returning.

This place is good and very busy because of the 1/2 price after 9pm.. Food and the customer service was excellent especially the waitress named Heather I think took her time and provided us with everything we needed! She was awesome!!! I give it 4 stars because my steak was too much grilled and tasted burnt!!! And also I understand it was busy but food ordered came after 40 minutes of ordering... They even have a Margarita for a dollar... Good place

Got the butchers meat and potatoes. All but 3 of the pieces of meat were very good. 3 of them were fatty enough I didn't eat them. This was like 85% good meat in a dish. I'm very impressed. I'd recommend the dish if they are consistent. The wife got some kind of meat salad. It was good as well and the meat of good quality. The atmosphere was good, some nice pop like music even though a lot of old people were currently there. We had a couple margaritas that were pretty good and had enough alcohol. Overall, enjoyable experience. I'd recommend it.
