Came here a couple weeks ago. Food took a while. As soon as it came out, my daughter called about being in a car accident. Jamie was amazing!! Got us to go boxes, check and out in no time! Stopped for supper tonight…sat in Jamie’s section again and she asked how my daughter is doing. Second time we’ve seen her and she remembered us and our situation. THAT is excellent customer service!! Thank you Jamie for caring and being an awesome bartender with all the many customers you help!! You’re amazing!!

We placed an order on door dash. Our order was missing quite a few things and the manager was super awesome. He called door dash for us and gave us a full refund. That’s what I’m talking about - great customer service!

We haven't been there in a while because the food wasn't great last time. This time, the food was horrible! My wife's burger was super dry, my kid hated the Mac and cheese, and my boneless wings tasted really bad. The server did an ok job. He wasn't super attentive, but I can't complain about him. We all couldn't finish our food and didn't want to take it home with us because it was so bad. I really should have asked for some money off, but it's whatever. We won't be back for sure.
*update* 11/10/23 - My family decided to give this location another shot. The service was MUCH better this time, and the server was super attentive and really sweet. We got traditional wings this time, and my daughter got the Mac and cheese. She didn't really care for the Mac and cheese, but that's not the restaurants fault as she is very picky. My wife ended up eating the most of it, and she enjoyed it. The wings were really good. Overall, it was a much better experience.

Krista was our server. Her positive attitude and great customer service was the icing on our cake, for great dinner! She went above and beyond for us. Will be back, specifically for her!

Food was really good. Have the Asian Zing Cauliflower Wings for an appetizer, they are so good. We bought a bottle of Asian Zing on our way out to try to make them at home. Michelle was a great server, and made the timeout even better. She had a great explanation on how BWW debones their wings 😉

We did not eat just watched a sporting event and had an adult beverage. The young lady behind the bar was friendly and kept up with all the orders even being by herself.

Had a good time, our waitress was great. She was a pro!!! Her name was Krista, the food was good and so were the drinks...will be going back!

BWW is always great for gathering and watching some sports. I took a couple of employees to lunch and we ould easily chat and relax. Our server was very friendly and food arrived in a reasonable time. This is not high class dining but if you enjoy wings BWW is a good choice.

Great place and atmosphere, our waitress Anita was amazing, nice, friendly, professional, patient with us, helping us choosing the right food, she was really great.
Food was good but for the price we were expecting more in the plate. I spent $20 for 6 wings, fries and a beer and I was still hungry.
But the atmosphere and our waitress made this dinner a good experience.

We've been BW3 fans for 20+ years. In the last few, we've been increasingly frustrated with service (this has been multiple locations across several states). We were a little apprehensive because the reviews here were pretty bad, but decided to give it a try. We were served by Nathan and JR. We were blown away!! We had easily the best experience we've had at any BW3 in YEARS! they were amazing- seated us right away, took our order quickly, got us our food quickly and took good care of us all the way through our meal. I hope these guys get the recognition they deserve! Thanks for a great experience and giving us hope again in BW3. Leon and Sondra
