Food was good and fairly priced. The service took a little longer then desirable but nothing out of the ordinary on Husker game nights. Overall, it was a good experience and I would go back!

Great spot! The nachos were big and nicely layered and my steak sandwich was cooked perfectly! Did I mention that they make their fries from scratch! Highly recommend.
The bartender was attentive and even the owner stopped by to say hello!

I stopped going to the Shack for a while. I have since been back a couple times for lunch and night time. The servers were on the ball and food was great. I plan on returning regularly. Thanks Jerry Mattea

My wife was craving fish and chips and I wanted a burger so this place seemed like the perfect find. It looks like it should be a dive bar with sketchy food but, the staff is inviting, The people are friendly that come there and the food is excellent. Weirdly enough some of the best fries that I've had in Omaha. I got the caddy daddy burger and it's just a better quality version of a Big Mac with a hearty beef flavor. I hope more people go to this place it's very unassuming but you'll enjoy getting a drink and having some classic bar food with kind of Omaha people.

Just stopped in for a quick lunch and had the best time! Great friendly service from Jeff - delicious food too. Jeff introduced himself and even hollered goodbye using our names as we left! We will be back!
