Came in oct 20, around 7pm was crowd but the lady at the front was nice and polite got everybody threw even drive threw was getting people in and out was walking out order over all good food and service

I have been to a few Popeyes in the Omaha area and this one is by far the best. I didn't even go at a peak time! It was a late dinner and the sandwich was cooked perfectly and the Mac and cheese was so cheesy. I will make the drive from west Omaha to here for Popeyes from now on. The store people were also very friendly.

They don’t show a charge for sauce in their drive thru menu. But when you buy a 8pc classic chicken. The bean counters will get you for about .50 per packet.
Sauce is free with chicken fingers.
Go figure. Food was good and the drive thru window attendant was fabulous. No complaints.

smells like dirty mop water coming in lobby, spicy chicken needs more seasoning breast is all ways over cooked, surprising mens rest room were clean

My order was totally wrong plus we waited 20 minutes before the cashier collected the money. The chicken was hard, wrong pieces and sides. No apple pies. The person that was supposed to be assisting with the orders was more interested in the voting outcome. Our taste buds were there but the service wasn't.
