The manager here is one of the sweetest and the most polite person I have ever met. It didn’t feel like I was just ordering fast food, it felt like she cared about me as a person. She asked about my day, how I was doing, and she really made my day a little brighter.

Waiting and waiting in line inside the restaurant. Cars backed up outside. Young girls does not know what she's doing. Young man with tons of hair with NO HAIR NET cooking in the back is not sanitary. Manager tried his best. Needs more workers and with hair nets.

We had a 2 for $10.00 big king burger, they were excellent. We also enjoyed great onion rings. The serve was also excellent great people work at this location. 👍🙂

Awful. Do you want food that’s never right OR not even available? We pick up breakfast sandwiches often & 9x out of 10 we get to the drive thru to hear “sorry we’re out til we get a truck”. So frustrating! Oh or they say the card machine is down. They just can’t get it right. This is going on 5+ years of awful service so I finally decided to leave a review. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Worst experience ever. Noone knows how to cook meat. I've been here over 15 mins. They've burned two batches of meat and my food is nowhere in site. No ice in pop machine. Had to leave and get refund cuz I was going to be late for work.

Just remember, no matter how bad your customer service ever seems, it can never be as bad as a customer service at Dairy Queen on 540 32nd Avenue in Council Bluffs, Iowa.

very bad service every time I go the boy yells at me there a boy in front giving the orders you need to be more friendly you need a lot very bad person if you can't do your job you better quit today Friday January 22 at 4:45 we went and me yelled at me I don't even know why very bad people work there and everything is cold. What a bad experience. that's not good for customers.

It needs a good scrubbing. But the food was decent. I didn't drink their soda. I figured the soda machine needed a good scrubbing as well. Especially the nozzles
