Missed this place so much! Had to stop and get enchiladas, tamales chips and salsa. It’s fresh and I can’t wait to be able to try it. Been over 3 years since we moved and no place in OK has come close to this quality!
So I just found Ericks a week ago. I have to say they are some of the best family I have met! The food they make is absolutely amazing! I now will stop every week to restock! My kids love the enchiladas!!! Love these kinds of finds for good food! Thank you to all at Ericks keep being great people!

Fantastic food! Erick is super friendly. All of his enchiladas, tamales, sauces and guacamole are delicious. We absolutely love the flour tortilla chips. They are the best we've ever had.

The beef enchiladas and tortilla chips are the best I’ve ever had! I’ve only purchased from their stand at the Aksarben farmers market and the staff is always so friendly. I live in Chicago and bring back a 6 pack of frozen enchiladas whenever I can! TSA at Eppley always has to look twice lol.
Bought a 6 pack of frozen chicken enchiladas at the art show yesterday and cooked them for dinner. Best tasting enchiladas I've ever had! Not only is the flavor on point but, the ingredients used are quality and the price is perfect! Woke up craving these enchiladas again!
Excellent service and great quality. We go to the store and buy our frozen enchiladas, great sauces, and homemade tortilla chips. The price is so reasonable. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
This place is spectacular! We didn’t really know what to expect upon entering, but regardless, the food is delicious. Took home some bean and chicken enchiladas, as well as 2 different types of salsa. Everything was tasty and the salsa didn’t last longer than a few days in the house. Will be a retur
Bought enchiladas from the downtown farmers market. They are very good for frozen. the beef could be seasoned a little more. Can't speak for the restaurant,bu bi expect enchiladas to be frozen anymore just because of how long it takes to cook good ones
I stumbled across Erick's Enchiladas at the Aksarben Farmers Market and the samples were great so I bought two dozen of them. I got beef, chicken, and chicken verde (tortillas dipped in verde sauce). They are all excellent and have lots of meat! I would recommend these for any enchilada lover! (
Not a sit down place but a place to get great food. Enchiladas, salsa and chips are outstanding. Don't show up looking to sit down and eat, its a room full of freezers that containing awesome food.
Haven't been to the restaurant but I get bags of frozen enchiladas at the aksarben farmer's market. They are large and tasty! Great for a quick meal.
