We have been coming here to get chicken teriyaki for years now. I highly recommend this place. Chicken teriyaki is delicious and juicy. I downloaded the App so I could get information regarding specials & coupons. Very friendly staff! Davi, Miguel, Jorge, and Rubi are courteous and friendly. They work hard and always smiling! Btw they cook all the orders right in front of you! This place is my favorite teriyaki spot in Omaha Nebraska. You will not be disappointed.

This is my go-to place when visiting any mall in any city. They are pretty standard across the country. Food is cooked to order, so it's usually fresh. Too bad they only have locations at the malls. I'd love to see one with a drive-through.

It’s good! Don’t get me wrong but why can’t I do a half and half option! Please add a Half beef/chicken option and it would be my favorite place on the west side. (Egg and a drink for only 2.49)

Just love this place. The only place in Omaha that I have found that has great teriyaki. The lady that takes your order isn't rude but isn't over friendly at the same time. However, the guys cooking the food are always so friendly, and they have a smile and offer extra of the sauce. Will be back for sure.

I’ve eaten here a few times and the food is good. As a delivery partner, they are on point. You’ll get your food fast and right off the grill. Very low wait time, professionally packaged, and on the way ASAP. Definitely one of my favorite restaurants to work with.

Update: stopped in for another visit. These employees are rock stars. This is always the busiest place in the food court and they keep the line moving really well. I've also seen the employees gracefully handle obstinate and rude customers so many times.

I just happen to be strolling through the mall and noticed the constant steady line at Sarku Japan. I had not eaten at all and had to try it out. I noticed if I downloaded the app I would save $5. I decided to download and opening the app, completed the registration just to find out they were no longer taking app orders for the day. So beware at this location around 6pm you cannot order via the app. Needless to say I was unable to save $5, but, it was worth it. Hint to the hunger you might just want to pay extra extra chicken and vegetables.

Went to the Oak View location food was amazing as always. The amount of food you get is amazing. I always order extra meat so I have lunch for the next day. Hope this place never goes away.
