Red Robin Gourmet Burgers

I was a walk in and the young lady who help was a beautiful person in side and out. When you walk in to a business you don't know what kind of service you going to get But if they had more people like the young lady who waited on me in this world and care about the business the she help me this world would be a better place. Young lady thank you for your help. I came in on the 12/18/2023. At about 5:30. And the young lady who waited on me was wonderful. Thank you young lady for make my daughter birthday beautiful.

My wife and I returned here today on August 2, 2023 and our waitress Bailey was exceptionally good. The food was really good and we had no complaints today. Bailey was great at filling out glasses automatically without being asked. My bottomless sides were checked on and replaced promptly. My chicken sandwich was moist and hot and my garlic fries were awesome! Great job Bailey!!!!!! The cook did a fantastic job too!!!! Previous review: My food was great. There did seem to be an issue with orders being made wrong at our table and our neighbors table. Our waitress was pleasant and did everything well except refill drinks. This has become a norm quite often nowadays. We took my sister in law out for her birthday. The wait to seat was short but the food took a while longer than expected for the business volume and the time of day. Also it probably should have waived us off when we drove up to plumbing trucks like Roto Rooter outside working. The restaurant did have an odor and we later found the restrooms out of order. That made me question the sanitary conditions elsewhere in the restaurant and if it should be open for business.

The food was good, not too long of a wait, and very clean. It was quite expensive, ≈$105USD for five people, (one only ordered fries.) The only other criticism I have, I will give them a pass on because they were short staffed. They had the bartender waiting tables, and he wasn't prepared for it (poor guy😕). He seemed a little bit stressed, and confused at times, but very good overall.

Burnin Love Burger with wedges [juicy burger with green pepper to make it spicy]. Onion rings [nice and crispy served with your condiment of choice] and boneless Polynesian buffalo wings appetizers [slight sweet taste]. Great waiters with spontaneous service. There was a small dissatisfying smell of cleaning supplies but not unbearable.
