1st Timer ! I had the Runzo Philly cheese steak. I added xcheese . With onion rings . Overall, everything was great . Being picky as I am . The meat could have more flavor, and the onion rings were a little undercooked . Minor adjustments, in my opinion . But not unhappy . The texture of the bread was awesome. The meat to bread ratio was perfect . More meat than bread . I did order another Runzo Philly cheese steak with xcheese and jalapeño . For later . The young lady, Jasmine, at the register was very sweet and welcoming . 8.16.23 @ 12:29 pm In case you want to give her a raise 😉

The atmosphere in restaurants these days is cold, all metal and no personality. The food is the priority but too "modern" restaurant interiors feel cold. More so since they quit carrying soup, would never order chili at a fast food place.
I recently visited this Runza location and had the pleasure of being served by Jasmine at the counter. I was blown away by her exceptional service and friendly demeanor throughout my entire experience.
From the moment I walked in, Jasmine greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel welcomed. She patiently guided me through the menu options, ensuring I had all the information I needed to make my selection.
What impressed me the most about her was her genuine attentiveness. Despite the busy lunch rush, she took the time to address each customer's needs with efficiency and a positive attitude. She handled the orders with precision and ensured that everyone left the counter satisfied.
I highly recommend this Runza location to anyone seeking not only delicious Runza food but also an exceptional customer service experience.
Never heard of this place before someone told me to give it a shot... that runza sandwich is GOOD! Very surprised hope these expand all over one day.
My "usual" Runza when I lived in town. I think my record was three meals in a row at this location! Fast food pricing and layout, with a burger than can not only rival but usually beat many other "great burger places" that I have tried. My only complaint is that I'm not still close enough to break my 3 meals in a row record!
The facility was nice and clean. The staff was courteous and our order was accurate. The kiddos really enjoyed the outdoor play area, and they were able to be loud and eat their food outside without worrying about bothering the other customers.
Great food! The only drawback was that the employee, "Claire," was almost too nice. Other than that, what a terrific restaurant! I easily rate five stars!

There's been more than one hot summer evening our family has patronized this location for Runzas and milkshakes, while the younger kids play on the equipment outside.
Their signature Runza sandwiches are fun and unique (hamburger, cabbage, and a unique mixture of spices all in oven-baked bun), and their burgers and onion rings are above par for quality and pricing when it comes to fast food.
I've been coming here for almost a decade, and the customer service has always been strong!

I have been eating Runza every time I go to Omaha and have since I was a kid.
Honestly, Runzas just don't do it for me anymore. Not sure if the recipe has changed but I'm just not a big fan of the flavor any more.
Anyway, this weekend I tried a burger for the first time. Oh my. One of the best fast food burgers ever. Easily as good as five guys. The fries are also awesome.
Anyway, great burgers and fries at Runza! Go there! Great service too!
