Have been coming to this location for years.... This experience was different than all the others FROM THE VERY FIRST STEP IN THE DOOR. Lunch with my 2 young boys and the instant we walked in we were greeted with SMILES and POSITIVE energy; INSTANTLY!!! Seated quickly, our server Juan came right over and was pleasant, kind, tentative to the young guests and myself. His service was above and beyond. A+ I requested to speak with the Manager on shift (Kieth) because i had to let them know how obvious the change in Atmosphere, worker moral, and energy was. He gave a brief description of his goal as a team lead with me and its exactly the kind of POSITIVITY any place NEEDS. A++ to the obvious changes for the consumer's benefit 👏 👏

I love that they've got some health and sanitary adjustments in place for covid. You can put on disposable gloves prior to going through the line, and all the staff are wearing masks. They also have hand sanitizing stations at a few strategic locations. The ONLY downside to an otherwise pleasant experience, was the cooking. My food was still undercooked when I received it. Vegetables were still cold and meat a bit raw... Perhaps I piled my plate too high, but it worried me how cold the food was. The rice we got for the table was also burnt like it has just been left to sit in the rice cooker or pot too long... Good thing I could get hot tea. That alleviated my raw food worries a bit. Images of the super dry semi burnt rice. The wait staff was super nice and prompt though. They do a phenomenal job! So the people are great, the food is still the hu hot you love, and they have some improved sanitary measures for covid. But my food was not cooled long enough so I was a bit concerned. We'd still come back.
