I have been having issues with my vocal and throat was in the mood for something cold went through the drive through ordered a small m&m concrete lady came to the window handed it to me i went to hand her my money and she could tell i was having vocal issues and said it was on her. I was shocked that has never happened to me Thank you

The burgers are good and so are are the milkshakes. We had a little hiccup with an order and I let the management know. They immediately fixed it and communicated with me the whole way. High level of integrity and customer service.
Here is an update... today we were in again, and everything went smooth, and the food was delicious.

There was a terrible smell in the location. People were actually leaving due to it. We sat outside to avoid the smell inside. The floors are always extremely sticky and the trash cans are normally overflowing. With all that said…they can make a damn good cheap burger. I would recommend drive through.

The service and food freshness are really inconsistent here. The wait in the drive thru is usually really long but really quick inside. The fries never feel fresh out of the fryer.

Always pretty good. This time the fries were not as fresh as normal so a bit disappointing. Chicken tenders also tasted like they had been sitting; they were pretty dry which has not been my normal experience.

We had a group of hungry teens, we called the location to give a time they should expect heavy traffic. The service was prompt, manager on duty was so helpful and everyone left with fully belly's!

We eat here every week I would normally say it's 5 stars all day.. but not having the spicy chicken sandwich should be a sin and should be punishisable. I haven't had my heart ripped out like this since I was 13 and thought I met the love of my life and she left me for a midget... She's a stripper now so I think I won in the long run but that's besides the point... alright now back to the spicy chicken sandwich what's going on Freddy's this is ridiculous.

Our grand daughters love Freddy's as we do. We have been there several times & food has always been good. Service was good also. They loved getting the coupon for free sundaes. Keep up the good food & we'll keep coming back. Only thing I don't like is the pickles but everyone else in my family loves them.

Disappointing! Cramming everything into one bag makes it hard to verify your order. Make it home and my son's food is missing. Have to go all the way back up there. Would have been nice if they remade my food since I ended up throwing it out.

slowest service ever..after the lunch rush..not even busy! (1:30) tables dirty..out of lids for drinks..2 empty ketchup dispensers... 19 min to get our food.. and it was wrong!I'm going back to Freddie's in council bluffs!

Love Freddy’s food but lately they just seem to strike out on the ice cream. We went about thirty minutes before close and they were out of vanilla, so we couldn’t get what we wanted. Went again tonight for concretes and we live two minutes from the store and our concretes were drinkable. Would have been a great milkshake!

What a Great Place to eat! Hamburgers and fries are more than you can eat and the Custard is Awesome! Friendly wait staff and manager and always make it right if the order is mixed up! Great Food and Great Service! Love the seasoning for fries and burgers!

The food wasn't bad. The staff on the other hand was horrible! We were sitting there eating and all you could hear were the employees in the back yelling at each other, cussing, and talking about fighting. The manager sat in the back corner on her laptop the whole time. She even had to flag down the cashier to help a customer that was standing there (the chashier was too busy on her cell phone) we had a 3 year old with us at the time and the language and management team was very unprofessional.

My original cheeseburger was delicious, fries were hot and plentiful, the Pepsi was just the right mix; not too carbonated. I was extremely pleased with my meal; especially since I had to wait until nearly 2:30 to eat due to an outpatient surgical procedure at UNMC yesterday. Staff was courteous and the on-duty manager checked with us to make sure everything was okay for us.
