The staff here is kind and SO helpful! I needed coffee filters for a different coffeeshop and they graciously let me have a few to get me through before my shipment arrives. Lovely people and good drink recommendations!

The employees there were very nice, especially after my son dropped (and spilled) his entire hot chocolate. They made us a new one and told me not to worry about paying for it. My son was very thankful!

First time in Scooters at Village Pointe in West Omaha...had an iced latte and friend had Carmel latte which was too sweet so they made him a new one free of charge and told us they will always remake your drink if it's not right for free...Good Deal!clean and comfortable. they have a faux fireplace

The baristas who were on staff this evening were very friendly, quick, and were on top of it. There was a crowd of about 15 middle schoolers that walked through the door all at once. They handled each transaction quickly and professionally and they pounded out their drinks. Nice job guys 🤙☕

Had never been to a Scooter's before and I had a positive experience here. The staff member working was patient as I took my time looking at the menu (nobody else was in line) and was helpful in describing the drinks I asked about. After that it didn't take long to get my order taken care of.

It is Scooters. This store is like all the others which is not a bad thing. They have a nice location and outdoor seats. During the summer time there is also a fountain outside with benches.
