Blue & Fly Asian Kitchen - Omaha - Photo album

Admittedly I have been a snob about the Chinese food scene in Omaha after experiencing Chinatowns in NYC, San Fran, and DC. Blue and Fly definitely changes that. They offer a Traditional-Chinese menu with amazing authentic dishes. There is an American-Chinese menu as well. Everything is executed per
The food was delicious!!! We had the scallion pancakes, wonton soup was AMAZING, Kung Pao chicken was very good and the Hot & crispy chicken was also delicious! I also like that they have spice levels. Waitresses were friendly and attentive. Atmosphere was clean and pleasant!!
First time here with a friend. We will be back...soon! We had sweet&sour chicken and deep fried pork tenderloin with salt &pepper on the side and both were very good. Pleasantly surprised by the generous portions. Our friend was adventurous and had clams with fermented soybean and said it was good,
Best Chinese food in Omaha! Their specials and traditional menu really set them apart! Their standard Americanized food is also top notch! I go to eat here all the time because their food is always good, the service is excellent, and the atmosphere is comfortable/welcoming. Pricing is about standard
Staff was amazing and super friendly. Food so so good. That chinese kimchi was delicious 😋
Coming from a Chinese American from LA, this was the some best Chinese food I've had in the US. Good price, ingredients were fresh and cooked perfectly. Highly recommend ordering the traditional dishes rather than the Americanized ones!
Very delicious food, nice clean atmosphere and friendly staff. The hot and sour soup was delicious, the cashew chicken and garlic chicken were a delight. They even have a traditional Chinese dishes selection. Definitely will be back again.
Delicious food, unflappable wait staff. A place to have good conversations as it takes a beat to be seated & served, worth the time involved. A place for delightful evening with good foods, bring your friends.
Saw this on a *must try* Omaha restaurant list. Unassuming at the edge of a strip mall. The menu is mostly what you would expect, same with prices. Service was great, despite a sign on the door saying they had new staff members and to be patient. The food was good, not excellent but the beautiful p
You can get more traditional Chinese food here as opposed to American Chinese food. Update: this is one of the rare places in Omaha that you can get Chinese food (there are many more American Chinese food restaurants). I found myself coming here the most if that's what I'm craving. Lamb noodle sou
This is the best Chinese I’ve had in Omaha. I love that they have the option of getting American style or traditional style Chinese food so that we can try something new. Also, they give you A LOT of food. We will definitely be coming back! P.S. Try the bulgogi - you’ll thank me later!
Absolutely loved Blue & Fly when we went to Omaha this last week! My 10 yr old son got Mongolian beef and I got the pork in spicy garlic sauce dish per the waitress' recommendation. Both were cooked perfectly and plated beautifully. The waitress was very helpful and pleasant to talk to. We will abso
Pretty good experience. Dishes had an overwhelming amount of veggies to meat. But it was tasty.
Absolutely blown away, the pork belly was so flavorful. My wife order the sizzlin steak and shrimp combo. Perfectly cooked shrimp and tender steak. Great veggies. Came out super hot and fresh. My daughter got the orange chicken and it was made correctly and was very crispy and perfect sauce. Great d
Wife and I went here for lunch today. We were excited to see what this new place was all about, and we absolutely were not disappointed! The food tasted even better than it looked, and you could tell a lot of love and knowledge went into how it was prepared. The portions were so large (especially co
My dad and I went here for a quick dinner about 7:30 on a Tuesday… super nice staff, not a bad waiting time and the they have a wonderful selection on their split American and Authentic Chinese menu. I got the Seared Lamb soup with rice noodle and he got the Sliced Beef boiled in Spicy Szechuan Sauc
You want authentic Chinese food in Omaha ? You come here.
Has been my favorite Chinese restaurant in Omaha for years! The food is absolutely top notch. Can't recommend it highly enough. My favorite dishes are the Mongolian triple crown and the peanut butter chicken, but everything I've had here is fantastic.
Food was yummy. One dish was cold but our other dinners were fine. Service was excellent and our food was served very quickly.
