Been here probably 30 times over the years. Was a huge fan several years ago, but they have been through a lot of staff since then.
The food has suffered. The pho is dark and cloudy instead of clear, which is a good sign of a drop in quality. The dim sum is basically reheated frozen stuff that I can buy at the Asian Market at 76th and Dodge. Spongy and greasy, salt is the main flavor, not meat or herbs or umami. Seriously, the same stuff you buy in a big frozen bag and feel bad for eating, but for twice the cost, and at a restaurant.
The last two times I was in I was told (mid-meal) to move seats. Both times a lady came out of the back and started shouting at the wait staff, and after some confusion, I got all my stuff moved to a seat elsewhere in an aisle. Not cool.
The first time I shrugged, figuring it was a quirk of the place. The second time I decided to mention it here. I don't know how places work where the manger/owner came from, but that's pretty crappy service in Omaha. Weirdly, the staff seems to try really hard, but the owner (person in charge at least) appears to be actively working against them.
This is not a nice place, the decor is close to ad-hoc in setup and geared towards maximum patronage rather than convenient or comfortable seating. Nice that they did finally paint the walls.
Good luck to this place, but I won't be back.

I have done takeout here 4 times. The first three were good to really good. The Last time the Lemon chicken and sweet&sour chicken were good and the egg drop soup was great but the sesame chicken tasted like they dumped the whole salt shaker in it. Not Exaggerating! Four people agreed completely inedible. A starving rat wouldn't have eaten it. This could not have been a accident by the cooks. Way too much salt. I don't think i could stress this enough. So if you want to roll the dice.

No idea what happened. This used to be our favorite Chinese restaurant but not anymore. First off we had to wait an additional 20 minutes receive our to-go order. When we finally did get the food home the sweet and sour pork had melted through the styrofoam container so the whole dish was absolutely inedible. When I called to let them know about the problem I was hung up on. Would not recommend.

We're new in town. Was informed this would be the ideal place for Dim Sum. Stopped in with my family for our first time experience... It's a small restaurant and service is slow. We placed our order and waited for the food. By the time we're done as we're short on time... some of our food hasn't even arrived from the kitchen. We paid for food we never got and left since we have Church service to run to.

Worst takeout experience ever... First of all the order was wrong, and I didn't find out until after I got it home. That always stinks, but I understand that sometimes it happens. One item I was charged for wasn't included at all, and another was incorrect.
After calling and telling them what was wrong, I drove back to the store only to be interrogated by three employees and told that they did, in fact, put my food in the bag, and that I was wrong. They even had the nerve to tell me that since I didn't return with the bag (I left my wife and daughter's food which was correct, at home with them so they could eat) that I had to return home and bring them the "proof." Are you kidding me? Like I'd choose to drive back and forth, rather than be at home eating dinner, all to save three dollars and get a second order of Crab Ragoon...
After all of that (which took an hour and 15 minutes from order to pickup to return and back home to sit down) the food was average, at best. Very little flavor and appalling service
Needless to say, I will never be going back. I suggest you don't either.

I love this place. I've been going here for a few years now. The food is always good. We always order off of the Chinese menu. They have American Chinese food as well as Cantonese and Hong Kong style dishes. The dim sum is fantastic. The pho is also really good! The people who work here are fantastic! If you want some good Chinese food, definitely give this place a try.

Absolutely wonderful place. I've eaten in Chinatown New York, Chinatown Chicago, Little Vietnam in DC/Alexandria area, Little Vietnam KC/MO and I will say this place is the closest you can get to those places in Omaha.
American dishes are well, plain Jane as always. Standard fare Garlic Chicken, General, etc.
But the traditional dishes from this restaurant are fantastic. The Dim Sum is wonderful and the bean curd (tofu) I get is fried to perfection. Pho is better here than in most Lincoln area Vietnamese restaurants. Hand made Sponge Cake was good. It is limited to only certain days and hours though. Same with the Vietnamese rice rolls. Pork belly is good as always!
I recommend dining in over take-out.

We called our order in for pick up. The person taking the order was friendly and spoke clearly. The order was prepared quickly (20 min) and, upon arrival, the staff was friendly and professional. The food was pretty good and we will be coming back again to try other items. This time we ordered:
- chicken fried rice: nice and moist
- kung pao chicken: not very spicy (I like spicy), but tasty and plenty of sauce
- steamed egg custard buns: big and fluffy
- sesame balls: big and have a chewy molasses-like filling
- hot & sour soup: chicken base (most seem to use beef stock) made it lighter than expected, but still good.
