This evening my eight friends and I had a wonderful experience at the Sage Bistro. Everything was organized and thought out so deliciously. The presentation was a 5 Star representation. The portions were made to fulfill the hunger. We will be back as everyone stated at our table. Can't wait to see what menu awaits us. What's even nicer, we could have a conversation without background noise. Superb atmosphere.

The atmosphere was perfect for a special occasion, and we'd love to come back for no occasion at all when we can (and we'd feel comfortable doing so). The scallops on the menu that night were easily our favorite - perfect. The fixed menu was delicious, but if we were vegetarian I'm not sure we'd have had many options. Our server was very knowledgeable when we had questions, but most of all she was friendly and helpful in conducting a lovely dinner date.

FANTASTIC! Wow was I blown away. I emailed and got reservations for a 14 course meal and wow was I surprised. It was wonderful. We even specialized asking if they could accommodate for vegetarian and they did, which I am so grateful for. Thanks so much what a wonderful evening we had and the food was superb!

Great food! Great relaxing ambiance! Love the fireplace on the wall. Max my server, gave a friendly greeting. He did a good job describing the items on the menu. My food was hot, delicious and presentation was spot on!! The manager Kim is extremely hospitable, welcoming and caring. I highly recommend Sage Student Bistro. 👍 Well deserving of 5 💯🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Awesome experience. The prix fixe dinners are always a wonderful dining experience. The food is imaginative and delicious. The atmosphere is very pleasant. I think the whole experience is a bargain and it is a fun night out. We frequently bring out of town guests here and they are always complimentary of the food and menu.

My experience with the Irish pairing with phenomenal. Each cocktail was an experience and a wonderful taste and all of the five courses were exceptional as always I learned a couple things as well Brian O'Malley is the bomb as are all the chefs that he inspires. Really nice job

Really amazing experience. Very cool venue that would hold up in any upscale traditional restaurant. Food was shockingly good. Not because I was expecting it to be back but because it was shockingly good! Shrimp Gumbo was a personal favorite but the wait staff (James) was very professional and friendly as well. Would recommend this experience to anyone.

This place is a hidden gem. Metro has one of the best culinary schools in the areas and it shows at Sage. I've only ever done their prix fixe menu, but it's phenomonal. At least 5 courses for $30-$40 a person is a steal considering the quantity and quality of food. A dining experience like this at any other restaurant in town would cost you a minimum of $50 a person and your wine/beer selection would be twice the price.

Attended Sage Bistro, very nice! Well trained students getting a great experience. You could tell it was students and things weren't perfectly refined,such as procedure for opening a bottle of wine at the table, but did nothing to distract from the delicious food. Very interesting flavor combinations from the student's Prix fixe menu. Hoping to return next quarter.

Great food. Lunches are great casual food. Dinner is more formal with standard aps, entrees, and desserts...but also, a multi-course pre fixe menu designed by a different student each week!

Loved the food and the service. It's student run and they are taking classes to learn the service. Was very impressed, near the airport so if you need to go on. a trip and can schedule the time to go there, you won't regret it.
