Jimmy John's

Unfortunately, due to staff shortages, the dining area was closed but Drive-thru was open. Going through the line, you get to watch your sandwich being created. It’s a race to see who gets to the end of the line fastest and then you get your beverage. It’s just not the same experience or maybe my fault for not checking my order. My sandwich was wrong and I received the incorrect drink. Also, it’s to-go, please put napkins in the bag. I’m still going to go back, might not be this store, I’m rarely in the area but JJ’s is one of my go-to’s when I travel. Quality and consistency are a given.

Since I work nearby, this is my quick go to for lunch. My favorite is any sandwich, but it has t be wrapped in lettuce instead of bread. It is incredible and the flavors just explode in my mouth. The lettuce they use is so fresh and crisp and there is plenty of it that is wrapped around the sandwich. Don't get me wrong though. Every once in a blue moon I'll get it with bread. The bread is fresh and soft, and the aroma is amazing. Jimmy John's in my opinion is probably the best sandwich shop in the Omaha Metro. I've yet to have one that tops Jimmy John's. Ordering is easy. I either use my computer or my cell. I order it just like I want it. I add an estimated pick-up time and I'm done. I park, walk in, and I'm out in less than 5 minutes. It's that easy! Overall, Jimmy John's is a great stop when you're hungry. You will not be disappointed!

I'm from out of town and was staying at a hotel and ordered food for delivery. 45 minutes later got a call staying the delivery driver got stuck so they had to cancel my order and refunded the money back to my card. I drove there to get the food instead and when I walked in, they asked if I was picking up carry out, I told them no I had a delivery order that got cancelled so wanted to get the food anyways. They knew what order it was and started making it right away and then told me I didn't have to pay for it. I don't remember the guys name that helped me but he was very nice.

This Jimmy John's rocks it on so many levels. I use delivery regularly always fast and friendly. Today I actually drove myself to the store and my truck literally died in the drive thru blocking their exit entirely. The staff helped me get it pushed out of the drive thru and ultimately helped me get it started. So above and beyond! Thank you guys so much for everything again.
