My first time in a restaurant such as this it was pretty awesome watching them cook and do tricks and how they would pull the restruanteers into the show. It was amazing food as well. The only exception was the salad. Did not like the ginger dressing. Otherwise all great!! Was a perfect date night!!
They have the cool chef's that flip the spatula and do cool tricks while cooking. I highly recommend this as entertainment and eating venue.
I had the Filet and shrimp combo for 34 dollars, and it was good. The filet had minimum fat content and was very good.

We took a big group of people for a multi birthday celebration. The food was great, our chef was awesome, funny and entertaining. They were not able to provide all options listed on the menu which was disappointing but everything we did get was very good.
We've been here once before and the meal was amazing. This last time we waited awhile for our food and everything on the hibachi came out separately VS cooked all at once to eat. Very enjoyable with our hibachi chef. He did some of the usual tricks, but he included my party in it making everyone laugh ( especially when he had me behind the grill trying the egg tricks) Food was the best, extra tasty, plenty of extras. Will be back!!
Last night was our first time going to Genji and we were blown away by our experience. The food was absolutely amazing and our chef Oscar was hilarious throughout the whole night. He put on a show the whole time and we had so much fun. Can't wait to go back again!
This was our first experience at Genji and we will absolutely be back! The food was excellent, the experience was incredible, and the price was not bad. We have always gone to Kobe but we were all in agreement that this is a better bang for your buck.
The food here is fantastic and it is really fun to have the food prepared in front of you. The chef always makes it a great show and time and the wait staff is super friendly and attentive.
We celebrated a birthday with a group of 12 and it was awesome! They seat the whole group and a chef cooks the food to order in front of the guests. I look forward to coming back!
It's pretty good overall. Fun experience and good food. Rice and noodles cooked way before meats and veggies. Bar was backed up, and the waiter was missing at times, likely due to Friday night and too many customers.
