We had a 10 top, & it was SO packed when we arrived it was hard t9 get in the door. Even so, we were seated with 15 minutes. Selena, our waitress was very attentive. Keep everyone happy & checked on us often. There was also a heavy set huy who was super friendly that came by several times. Overall very impressed with the service, especially during such a busy night. Will happily return.

Great food. Steak was cooked exactly how I like it. The rolls and butter at the beginning must be the same type of bread Jesus used when He fed with the fish and five loaves, because it is divine. Mashed potatoes were great. Service was good; not bad, but could have been better. Will definitely be back!

We were told we would have to wait 25 minutes, but it was only 10. We had a good time. I had the country fried chicken and it was delicious! Highly recommend.

This place is the real deal you want someplace nice to go.with the wife on date night where the food is always fantastic and you never have to worry about sub pat anything then Texas Roadhouse is that place food is good prices are what you would expect and the service is always with a smile. I tip my wait staff to the moon in this place because it's worth it. I have been there with the wife several times over the years and it's always spot on..rarely do I leave Anything to take home, it's that good..

Texas Roadhouse always has a good atmosphere, but the food and service across the chain can be hit-or-miss. THIS location is the best Texas Roadhouse my family has ever been to. The food is always cooked as requested, drinks promptly refilled, sides have an actual taste other than salt and butter. My grilled chicken was seriously the juiciest I’ve ever ordered at a restaurant, period. And of course, the rolls are heavenly! Rocky was our server during our most recent visit. She’s one of the best servers I’ve ever had. Quick, caring, concise, great memory, friendly. We brought in a party of nine, and Rocky ensured we were well-cared for. We’ll be back to this location the next time we’re in Nebraska!

The hostess somehow forgot that our party of 4 was waiting. We were told 10 minutes for a table; there were no other customers waiting before us. We sat on the window bench in full view of the host station. 35 minutes later, after several groups, including some larger than ours, had come and been seated, I inquired about our wait time. She looked for my name and couldn't find it on their list, asked how many in my party, then seated us right away (no apology).
Aside from this rough beginning, our visit was STELLAR. We had Ambrosia and Logan as our waitpersons. They were appropriately attentive in a very busy restaurant. We didn't wait long for bread or drink refills. Our food was served hot and delicious. Ambrosia even took our photo and offered to do it again if we wanted. Because of Ambrosia and Logan, I will go back.

This is hard to write because this was not the best experience. Skipped steak fries this trip and went right to our meal... which I didn't get to eat. Thankfully, I did the salad for one of the sides since that is all I got to eat besides the bread. My whole meal was wrong... brought out a Sirloin with the wrong type of potato. Kept the Sirloin and sent the potato back before knowing my steak was not cooked correctly. When my potato finally made it out, my hubby was done and I was not sending the steak back at that point. My server was very sweet and noticed I hadn't eaten any of my steak and asked if something was wrong (which is not always the case). She was so kind and removed the charge from my bills with her apologies... which was so nice since I was taking the steak home for the puppies. Of course, we will be back. Our meals here are normally amazing with nice servers.

I love their food. The Cooks are splendid. I still give them a good rating even though every time I order they always forget the ribs. It happened the last two times. This last time it was my B Day celebration and they usually give you a scoop of Ice cream and that didn't happen. The waitresses are ok depending on who you get but mainly if you want good food then this is definitely a vouch for.

Hey Laura(from the 1 star review) I was sitting at the table on the side of the bar. And you forgot to mention how you were screaming at this poor bartender at her bar top. You were calling her names etc. If anything I’d say you ruined MY experience and not her. I’ve sat at her bar top before and she’s lovely, it’s not her fault that angry people like you come to sit with her while she’s doing her job. Have a lovely day hun!

I’m going to give them five stars across the board-because… Their food is usually exceptional, however, this time my salmon came out slightly dry and overcooked. I let our waiter know, and he immediately got the manager who brought my new salmon, that was so delicious and tender and they make everything right with a smile. Nobody is perfect, but when you do business like this, I will keep coming back! 🥰 Thank you!!

Placed a TO GO order and went to pick it up. Told the greeting staff that I was here to pick my order. They asked my name and who ever took my order forgot to place it. One is their waiter told me it would be ready any minute. 30mins later still waiting, asked waiter again, still "be ready any minute" 15mins later my order is ready but its cold as if it was sitting there for a while. Paid $40 for cold steak, could have had better steak at home for the money I spent there. The whole time I was there, the waiting staff was ignoring me. Thanks for terrible experience. NEVER COMING BACK AGAIN. I rather grill my own steak then ordering a cold steak from this place ever again.
UPDATE: To top it off the terrible service, food was cold. Both steaks were dry as it was cooked ahead of time and microwaved.

We love Texas Roadhouse! A couple years ago management changed and so did the quality of food being brought to the table. The other night we gave it another go again and the quality was much better. My only complaint was my prime rib did not come out medium rare, but our waitress was super busy so didnt have the time to reorder because of our time crunch with 3 kiddos.

They were packed but we were seated promptly & our service was excellent! The food was even better! Best steak, perfectly cooked, that I have had in a long time! Everyone enjoyed their meal, our roll basket & glasses were kept full! Any extras we needed were brought right away with no reminders needed! Thank TR for a great night!!!

Same thing as last time.They use way too much pepper!! when you order buttered corn and the juice is black, that first bite stays with you for your entire dinner. It’s easier to add, than to take away.

I've had better food. The service was great. The vegetables were under cooked and the baked potato was extremely dry. The steak was alright. Don't know if I'd go back.

Best steak EVER!!!!! steak was very tender, juicy, cooked perfectly. Waitress was very pleasant, and our drinks never went empty. Would recommend this to anyone. Not overly priced. Worth every penny!! Recommend to make reservations if planning to go on a weekend, as they may be busier than on a Tuesday.
