Review R Taco - Omaha

One of the best taco places in Omaha for vegetarians. Love their crispy cauliflower tacos. Perfectly spiced crispy cauliflowers in tacos with a sprinkle of avocado crema is a match made in heaven! If you are a spice lover I would highly recommend you to try it out with some habanero salsa. Their loaded black bean nachos is another great option in the menu as well. A budget friendly place with great food. A must try in Omaha !!

We absolutely LOVE this location! Derrick , the manager is AMAZING! He explained that he took over as manager a little over a month and a half ago and you would never be able to tell he's new to the position..I was talking with him and thanking him for his amazing customer service because he always goes above and beyond to make sure his guests are happy. Being from the South, I truly miss that Southern hospitality, It's so hard to find in the Midwest, there are less than a handful of establishments I have felt that have it since having to relocate due to husband being in the military, but it is definitely felt here. The food is always fresh and delicious. We always get the Philly taco, the uptown (check availability) and the chicken tacos, absolutely amazing. We tried the new birria tacos this time but honestly I did not care too much for them I felt they lacked a little seasoning, I had to add salt and pepper. But I seen someone else complain about the salt on another review so maybe it's just the cook that day or they felt they needed to lighten up on it. We also decided to try the limited time only Margarita flight that they are offering during the summer. The flavors were delicious but felt that they were a little too sweet for my taste. It was not like the margarita I had last time which was the prickly pear and the best margarita I've ever had. Maybe it was the flights. Over all 10 out of 10, great food and excellent service. Thank you Derrick for making Maple Street the best location ever. ☺️

Food is great, great flavor, great price. Only bad thing I could say, is clean the floor up. It’s very sticky. I’ll be back though.

This restaurant is located just west of 146th & Maple on the south side of Maple street. They offer take-out and dine in accommodations. You can eat your food inside or outside on the deck. Very warm nice decor which gives you the ideal taco dining experience. Male staff cashier very friendly and professional. I would recommend this restaurant for family dining, office party and as well as adult night out dining. The food was season and prepared well.

Decent, tasty. The place has a very fastfood feel to it, but the food is a step up in quality and flavor.

Our work had Rusty Taco cater lunch today and it was pretty dang good! The chicken was juicy and seasoned well, the ground beef was flavorful. All the toppings were fresh and there were so many options!

We stopped here after a game just down the street. We honestly came here because of the reviews. In today's world there seems to be a ton of taco places, but this place did not disappoint. The two guys working were nice and helpful and the food was really good. We got a variety of tacos and some chips with salsa and we all really enjoyed it.

The food was delicious. Three tacos were more than enough to make an adult feel full. The queso dip was very thin compared to other queso dip I’ve had at other places. And the restaurant was noisy. The sound bounces off the walls and ceilings making it very loud inside Overall, id come back here again

Great way to end our wonderful weekend. The cheeseburger tacos were the bomb. The staff was great. We sat outside to take advantage of the beautiful evening weather.

The food is delicious! Even though my coworkers and I came during the lunch rush we all got our food fairly quickly. The only criticism I would have is there definitely needs to be more space to sit! There was 7 of us and one of us had to stand, I ended up taking my food to go so someone could have my seat. But in the restaurant or at work this food is right on!

Nice clean location that offers quick and helpful service. Food came out fast and was prepared nicely. Friendly staff and great food!!

If I could give this location more than 5 stars I would. The manager is amazing and the staff always does an outstanding job. Avoid the center street location if you can. I promise you won't regret it. Unfortunately, the center street location has terrible service and they get multiple complaints. The maple street location is amazing in every way. We go there at least 1-2 times a week for not just the food, but the service! Keep up the great work!!

Wow! I am impressed. The tacos are very delicious and affordable! This place is now one of my very favorite places for good tacos, and trust me, that is a hard list to make. I will definitely be back and recommend it to my friends as well. Not only are the tacos amazing, the prices are excellent, the staff is friendly, the dinning area is clean and high chairs are available for the kiddos, not to mention the food comes out so fast you're lucky if you can get your drink filled and the lid in place before you are called to pick up your food.

I've been here twice now and it's been amazing both times! I love the bfast options as well as dinner choices! The grilled shrimp tacos are awesomeness in your mouth! Go try all the flavor combinations! Im not a fish guy but the fish taco was great too. I always try new things and this was my out of the box choice and i wasn't disappointed! R Taco for President!

We have been her a few times now and it is so good, never been disappointed! Great choices, I recommend the Brisket, Fried Chicken and Chicken Fajita. The sauces are great, I really like the Roja. Last night was Taco Tuesday, $2 taco specials & $2 beers, yes please! Queso is really really really tasty! Friendly & speedy service! Wish you had a location closer to home! Can't wait for it to warm up for good and sit on the patio!

We were looking for a new place we had never been before for dinner and we ended up here! R Taco did not disappoint. The kids even enjoyed their food! Very inexpensive, flavorful tacos. We will definitely be back!

Very very good place! My personal favorite is the breakfast chorizo, egg, and cheese taco, but you really can't go wrong with any of their tacos!

Wow! Both times I've been here its been delicious. Very affordable, friendly staff and just a good environment. Will be back more often even though its on the opposite side of town from where I live. Its worth the drive!

R TACO is a fabulous place to get a great meal at a great price. The food is always spot on with some real variety on the menu. Staff is attentive, store is clean, employees clearly love working there, you just can't beat it. I'd give it 6 stars if I could!

This place is AMAZING! Wifey and I got 2 tacos each with a side of queso. Oh man were they good. To finish off, we got an order of sopapillas. These are little bite sized pillows from heaven sprinkled with cinnamon and sugar with honey on the side for dipping. These are a must have!

My husband and I loved it, we really wanted to try something new with a chill atmosphere and this place was perfect with their Tacos and Mango margaritas. We tried different things but his favorite was the fish tacos and mine was the pork tacos. Definitely a must try.

Really excellent grilled fish tacos. The Baha shrimp tacos were savory and delicious. I highly recommend the queso dip too. This was my first visit. I'll be back.

They have great tacos and most of them are very low calorie! I love the Black Bean Taco, Roasted Pork, Rusty, Grilled Fish, and Picadillo. They have cheap guac and queso that are delicious! They also serve 16 oz beers for 2.50! If they would just clean up their dining room more often I would live at this place!

Bob is the best. And the patio and margs are AMAZING!!!

We are there every Tuesday with the entire family, it is tradition now would not miss it, just wish people with a party of 2 would not sit at the 6 seat tables:)food is worth it and margaritas are amazing 😉

The food is so GOOD! We have been here multiple times...they never disappoint! Well, one time they did short us a taco, but they made it right no questions asked. They are actually affordable too! Great atmosphere 🌮🍺

Seriously love this place. We can walk to it from our house and they have the best tacos ever. Great chips, salsa, guac, queso. Yummy!
