Review Spin! Neapolitan Pizza - Omaha

We ordered the rosemary flatbread with spreads (hummus and red pepper), chicken pesto pizza, and gelato. All were delicious. I also ordered a sangria which was not good — they happily refunded the purchase and apologised. Very satisfied with how they handled it. Would definitely recommend.

What a vast difference this visit as compared to our last visit in March 2022. The wife and I were running errands, to which I decided to bring us to Spin! for a tasty treat. We were not disappointed! The chicken pesto pizza was very savory and a little bit crunchy. We sat by the window and enjoyed a light breeze while enjoying the evening. Kaylie came by and asked us how we were doing, so we told her what a contrast this was compared to the dismal experience before. She brought us a gift to come back and enjoy the food! This has been such a wonderful visit, I am glad the wife and I came back.

We ordered Spin via DoorDash and overall it was good, but one of the pizzas was a Spinach Garlic pizza, which has three toppings (spinach, garlic and pine nuts) and there were no pine nuts on it. How do you forget one of three ingredients?? The prosciutto pineapple pizza was good, as was the Greek salad. The minestrone soup was spicy but oddly flavorless. Would order again and hope for a little better attention to detail next time. Cookies were delish!

Lots of variety in the pizza toppings, very tasty. Did not have the pasta or salad,but those that arrived at the surrounding tables made me want to order. Pizza's seem a bit small and overpriced, but after eating 2 12" pizzas we're satisfied and impressed with the flavors. Odd setup, order in a line, then"full service". It was not "full service," no less than 5 workers stopped at our table for various reasons, but we had no specific waiter. Food was good with a few oddities, we will try again.

I visited the Wright Street location around evening time, we were the only ones there. This location is large and clean. Ordered the Mini Mia, eggplant appetizer and Margarita pizza. All the food was great, fresh and delicious!

The service was great. They were so polite and I received my pizza really quick.

This is a great pizza place to pick from a variety of flavors. The reason for 4 stars is there is no follow up service to fill drinks or order more. You have to wait at the counter to do that.

Customer service was excellent, no wait at all for lunch and the food was delish! Will definitely be back soon!

Delicious some of the best pizza I have had in a long time

Decided to stop and try this place out. It’s pretty good. For a 14” specialty pizza is $15. Pizza is kinda thin so not filling, so I fat kid it up and ate a bunch. The rosemary flat bread was pretty good too. You have to like rosemary though as it’s loaded up. Would recommend and will come back.

Crust is delicious both gluten free and regular! Highly recommend the flatbread... covered in rosemary, sea salt, and olive oil soooo good. Food was served quickly and staff was attentive

Amazing staff, food environment, and Tap Beer. Went there for the first time and went back 3 other times! A couple of days after and now I want to take everyone there and say... you got to try this place!!!!

Food was really good and the employee helping us was very friendly. We went in during a non-peak time and had to wait a little longer than expected since they just had a surge of customers with limited staff. I felt the employee handled it very well and, who I assumed was the manager, working the kitchen, came out to ask how everything was. Overall we were happy with our visit

Wasn’t bad but pretty underwhelming pizza and salad. The pizza crust is super chewy and not crispy. It hit the spot since we were hungry but I wouldn’t come back. 14in cheese pizza cost us $18!!

I loved this place! The manager was waiting by the door when we walked in, and explained the menu to us. The Margherita pizza was so good, I ate the whole thing (oops). To top it all off, we finished with gelato, which they scooped high over the cup to make sure we got what we paid for. I enjoyed the sangria as well, and it was presented beautifully. We're definitely going back.

Consistently good and interesting pizza flavors. Sometimes a bit on the greasy side depending on ingredients, but always flavorful.

The food was good. However, the “experience” was awful. The concept is poor. You order the food at the counter, fine. 2 of the 7 meals we ordered were wrong and one never even showed up. When food/drinks were brought to the table, the waiter just stood at the end of the table and handed food to me(sitting on the end) and I had to pass it out. Why did we have a waiter? I passed it out. And then you are expected to tip. For what, literally bringing the food to our table?? When the missing pizza was brought up, they quickly provided one, which was great. We found this place annoying and we will not be returning.

I feel compelled to say this is the worst dining experience we’ve had. Our family ordered 3 gluten free pizzas, a pasta, a salad and 4 soft drinks. We got the drinks and salad quickly then watched as all the tables that came in after us (some over 30 minutes after us) got their pizzas. After 45 minutes, we flagged down our waitress as she had not been back to our table and asked about our pizzas. She told us gluten free pizzas take longer because they have to clean the oven. I get that but was wondering at what point do they clean the oven? How have many pizzas ordered after ours been in and out of the ovens? I’m assuming the reason there is an upcharge for gluten free crusts is because they take extra work but how does that not hold a place for us in the pizza line up? At the 1 hour point, we pulled aside another waitress and asked for a manager to be sent to our table as we just wanted our money back for the pizzas and pasta (you have to order and pay at the counter ahead of time). 10 minutes later, still no manager - so I went back to the counter and nicely asked the cashier to refund the 3 pizzas and the pasta. She said that was fine but offered no apology of any kind. She gave us a new bill of $29 - for a salad that was supposedly $8.95 and 4 soft drinks - I’m not sure how that math possibly worked but I was done dealing with them and just wanted out so we could go get dinner somewhere else. They may claim they are gluten free friendly- but don’t believe them. I have no idea how long it would have taken to get our pizzas but it was over an hour and fifteen minutes when we left without ever getting our food or an apology.

I worked here for about a month and from the other side of the counter this place is disgusting no one washes their hands it’s running very poorly and they treat their employees like garbage cutting their hours and writing them up for things that did not occur if I could take any missed mistake back in my life it would be working at this garbage hut the food is disgusting and if you knew what they were doing behind the counters you wouldn’t want to either either. Also their management stuff is not the best at what they do I get the impression that they’re a bunch of safe space babies that cry when things go wrong and point fingers instead of owning up to their own mistakes if you want a shitty experience with shitty food go to spin pizza

Had SPIN! for the first time. Ordered take out. Even though the food was a little cold (completely my fault), the flavor was amazing!!! The crust was crisp but chewy. The toppings we're just the right amount. The pasta was enough for two!!! And the stuffed meatball was HUGE!!! Definitely recommend SPIN! to all my family and friends.

Very good! One of my favorite places now for brick oven pizza. Very reasonable prices and you get a lot for your money. They also have a reward program, patio area, plus gluten free and whole wheat crust options. Glad they opened a location in West Omaha!

Great gluten free pizza and gelato.

We had to ask them after 50 min where our Pizza was. They forgot all about us. When we got the pizza is was ok at best. To their credit they did comp the meal.

Love their whole wheat crust; my husband and I will definitely be back! So many good choices on the menu...and the gelato is fantastic!

Fantastic!!! Garlic Herb Rigatoni Prosciutto Pasta with shrimp was delicious. So was the Greek salad. The flavors in the white sauce were perfectly married with just the right amount of spice and peas were a nice touch. The Greek salad had feta and artichoke that was wonderful. Thanks for the excellent lunch..generous servings.
