Buffalo Wild Wings

We went there for lunch. Our waitress (Madesyn) was great. Very helpful, very efficient, very professional. Fast service, and lots of refills. My chicken COBB salad was good. My friend ordered the lunch special, Burger, double cheese curd bacon style. He was very pleased. We split a ten piece bone-in wings, half spicy garlic half Jerk, excellent choices.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS BWW!!! Everytime I order from here only one order of my wings is made correctly and you can tell they just threw that sauce on and didn’t even try. I ordered last night while at work, waited over an hour and got this. I would rather wait an extra 20 minutes for my food to be made correctly then wait over an hour and get this.

All the BWW look alike but service is what make me go to another location sometimes . Food at this location is always great and the temperature good but service is so slow ! As we enter we always get a nice greeting and get seated right away but even with only few occupied tables , it takes long for the server to come take the order , takes even longer for food to come out and again a long wait to check out . Beside that , great place for lunch dinner or a late snack

The food was pretty good. The cocktails were horrible. We asked for a drink that was sweet. The waiter Hussein recommended a red bill sunrise…. This drink was pure syrup. Hussein response: would u like salt water and you said you wanted something sweet. Yes something sweet not diabetes in a cup. Lastly he just absolutely loved being rude and trying to talk over myself and my family.. one thing that makes an experience is the type of service you receive which in this case was dreadful. My family only eat out once a month and this was an absolute waist. Never been treated so rude.

Started out great the waitress was took our orders and brought our drinks. After a little while she brought my wife her burger because she didn't want it to get cold, my wings were going to take a bit longer. Then someone else stopped by and said my wings should be out soon. So after we had been waiting for about 1 hour I Was done waiting. I asked the waitress to bring my check. Then she asked the manager to come over a talk to me.The manager just tried to justify why it took 1 hour to pick out 20 flat wings. And the place was less that half way empty when we showed up and people that came in after us were getting their food already. It was one unjustified excuse after another from the manager. We usually have a good experience at this location but the managers poor judgment and excuses tipped my boiling point. We will just have to make the drive to Tacoma in the future. Thank you again to the waitress for your superb service.

Horrible service. Waiter seemed annoyed since we sat down. Took over 30 min to brings drinks and food took even longer. (This was on a Tuesday evening, with many empty tables) When food arrived we were missing wings. Fries were cold and nachos had toppings only on a corner. We were afraid to ask the waiter for anything because he kept rolling his eyes and seemed upset anytime we talked to him. Once we got the bill the waiter insisted we paid over our phone even after we asked for a paper copy. He walked away upset and got us the paper bill. We noticed the phone bill had a high set tip amount so maybe that's why he insisted on us paying over our phone. Needless to say we won't return to that location.

The last couple times here was take out. The service as usual was slow but not busy inside with only 2 or 3 tables being served. The food was dry, cold and in need of the famous BBQ sauce for sure. (Note to self: ask for extra BBQ sauce!) The onion rings were great however and the gentleman who took the order and brought the food out was awesome! He knew the product, discounts and how to make people smile. Not a fav anymore but will still go back for another chance in the inside dinning area, no more take out.
