Slow. Only 3 cars in the drive thru and still waited for 20min. Not to mention rude. Didn't speak at all at the window. Didn't even tell me my total.

always pretty good for the price but they could be a little more generous with the sauce, and their side salad is miniscule. cant beat endless breadsticks though. The staff always seems polite and laid back. if you found this review useful please leave a like

I came to Fazoli's on Preston Hwy today with my fiancée and it was a great experience. The lady manager (I'm not sure of her name) was very nice to us and my fiancée really appreciated her as well. She was polite, helpful, and our food was made WONDERFULLY. The quality and quantity was was great. Go

Fair place able to dine in. Unfortunately there was only one person tending register, delivering food to tables and cleaning tables. Enjoyed the $6 lunch.

Man... This was rough. I got there about 11:30. Two people working. The woman at the counter was curt. Not really rude, but definitely not into interacting with me. Took twenty minutes to get our to go order. Mine was fine. My coworkers cheese pizza, however, was almost burnt. Not inedible, but not

horrible place...not enough help to deal with the amount of customers, especially at night. manager keeps saying she's done, cook says its his last night...just bad vibes. drive-thru employee was the nicest. food dry. waited 45 minutes extra after a 17 minute estimated time.

Some of the best bread sticks on the planet...the staff was kind and curtious.

As always, great food and the young ladies at the window were very sweet
