So this place was a madhouse. Not to say the staff wasn’t doing a spectacular job but it’s not a one person job to make drinks for hundreds of people. There was only one cashier and one barista working and maybe 100 orders being active at any given time. Took me 45 min to order and get a drink. Fro

This was supposed to be a vanilla sweet cream cold brew. It had no sweetener. Their prices were higher than other Starbucks as well. Will never go again.
The drinks are great but I wish they better stocked on their food items. If they don't have food available I wish they would take them out of the display case so I don't stand in line thinking about what sandwich I would like just for them to tell me they have none.

Service was great, the barrista was friendly and my frappuccino was awesome. Service was quicker than your average Starbucks as Penn Square gets busy often.
A smaller store that offers respite for tired shoppers though it can get crowded since it is also near to the food court. While seatings may be limited, most of them have easy access to power outlets , even the tables further away from the store front (outlets are in the floor under the table). Yo
