Mouth was watering for a BLT tomatoes hot bacon cold, bread hard.
Please do better!!! Cook and serve like you would want to be treated.

Mozzarella sticks were perfect, cooked to a golden brown crust. Miss Cin was our car hop, warm smile, great customer service, fast delivery of food and drinks. Stop by this location for refreshments while you’re out shopping, or if you need a quick meal.
Everything was good hot and fresh, customer service could have been a little better but other than that it was fast okay service
was actually delicious.. got their 2 for 7 and a strawberry limeade. it was on point, also that lady Kristie you can tell she had been working hard all day and still was giving out smiles and pretty punctual, was good for sure
Jerri was great about getting my order to me I also recommend anyone that loves ice cream definitely stop and get a blast. She was also busy as a bee and still managed to satisfy not only me and my company but also my pups with her pup cups. Will definitely be back!
Kristie had such great customer service. We got here late (9:40pm ish) and she was so kind and our food was fresh 10/10
Wendy the carhop was very nice and made sure I had everything I needed, all sonics should have someone like her.
Jerri, DK, Crystal, and Kristie were absolutely amazing. I am 9 months pregnant taking my 1 year old on a small little ice cream date and they went above and beyond on our service. So cute. I am highly appreciative. 💚💚💚
I pulled up with my Son and wanted to order Shakes that I couldn't order with the Code. Management explained how I could use the code to get 1/2 price shakes. I Loved the fact how helpful and knowledged the staff was and are. I really Appreciate the Manners!!! Thank Y'all at Sonic, 59th and Shields!
Went to sonic yesterday and definitely can say I was pleased with jerris service as well as did my dogs. Would definitely also recommend a raise cause she was crazy busy and handled the situation properly yesterday that occurred.
My husband and I ordered the grilled toasted double cheeseburger just now..we get home and it was a single cheeseburger and it wasnt even toasted. I tried calling Sonic several times and no one answered. But the toasted single cheeseburger was delicious and tots. Maybe the new cook is still in train
Kristine Salazar is the best, cooked the beef to perfection, customized my order the exact way i wanted, great customer service she is on another level. My favorite sonic store from now moving forward for sure.
