I had the poke bowl and it was amazing! They can make it into a salad or a deconstructed sushi bowl (however you like it). It's a great way to treat yourself to sushi, but without the extra fats if you're on a diet! The cupcakes are amazing! They pair really well with the coffee that I order (regular coffee with two espresso shots). Love this place! I am definitely coming back for more!
I catered a "healthy" lunch for my team this week! Caeli's was the best! Great salads and Poke Bowls! Do I have to admit that we finished the lunch off with cake? I didn't think so! ;) Thanks Gina! You guys are the best!
Local place with friendly staff. The chicken salad sandwich was amazing!!! In order to not cheat my diet, I had a breakfast sandwich for dessert (they had it listed in the dessert cabinet, but I am certain it was a healthy breakfast option). :-)
Happened upon the ampfest while looking for lunch in the area. While checking out the booths, we noticed Caeli's and decided to check it out. The folks there were so super nice and friendly! Had an amazing rich buttery Italian grilled cheese- mozzerella and tomato, with a rich marinara dipping sauce. Husband had a chicken salad crescent. Pleased with both. We also had some type of basil vodka drinks. I can't even describe with words how incredibly amazing and refreshing these things are. They also have bakery items, but we opted out.

Great food and friendly staff. Had an absolutely wonderful time. The meatballs are hand rolled every morning and they are fantastic. The German chocolate cake is definitely not from a box! Also they have gluten free cookies. Hidden gem!

Absolutely the BEST food and best company! Gina, Kenney, and Kyle are the friendliest, most sarcastic, and kindest ppl with the biggest hearts!! The provolone grilled cheese is my fave! Everything on the menu is delicious! Indoor and outdoor seating. Local events. Tasty sweets. Great drinks! Take advantage of their wonderful specials and their fun events!
STOP looking and come try this place out. Super good meatball sandwich and that marinara sauce is the bomb. Will return for sure. Super cheesy goodness on Texas toast. I will return for sure.
Also got a piece of strawberry cake that was not only GIANT but very moist with the right amount of fresh berries and icing on it. This cake would easily feed two people, maybe three.
This place is owned by some of the nicest people you could ever hope to meet. My burger was, in all honestly, probably the best hamburger I've ever had, and yes, I've been to Nic's (which is very good). Considering the price, this may be the best bang for the buck food in the city. The deserts...well...they somehow managed to hang right with the burger. Do yourself a favor and give Caeli's a try. You won't be disappointed.
Had to be near area waiting for a couple of hours, so decided to try it. The chicken salad sandwich was fabulous! Right blend of sauce, chicken, fruit and nuts! My son had an Italian sub that received a definite thumbs up.
I heard they had the best cheesecake, but all that was left for us was cheesecake in a cup. It was pretty great. A little more whipped than typical cheesecake but tons of flavor! We are definitely going again. Great job guys!
Amazing! In town for the night, had finished running my dog and was looking for lunch. I have a large GSD puppy, and they were soooo welcoming and happy to have us. The chicken salad and caprese were bomb, fresh and delicious! This place is awesome, they really care their business and customers.
Great food and super dog-friendly place to visit. I wish OKC had more of these types of restaurants.
