I don't do spicy, at all. I love the flavor but can't handle the heat- that said- the red beans and rice with sausage added to it is what I got for lunch today and even though it was almost too hot for me to handle, it was so, so good. Ate my fill, which I never do with spicy things. The pay it forward initiative for feeding the homeless that they participate in just makes it even better. Love that they do this!
