Pizza Hut-wing Street

I usually order from here because it's the only location within miles who can deliver or quickest pick up. The pizza probably can be cooked a little more, I'm not saying it's undone but I like it well done. The customer service is cool to me no problem there with anyone. If anything the managers are rude yo the employees there. However, one time the delivery man couldn't find my location and got lost so instead of calling me he sent everything back to the store which they put my stuff in the warmer then called they sent another driver he came straight to my location with no problems. Of course by then the food wasn't warm enough and I haven't received everything. I had hungry children at my place during the time so I called to complain. The lady was very understanding and she sent another order out for free. So I was definitely satisfied after that and so was the kids. The buffet is pretty good, I usually do take out buffet great deal. Maybe some drivers can have more experience about this location area with delivery. Also this pizza hut location have a lot of issues with their phone most times you cannot get through it's better for me to order online.

This used to be one of my "go-to" pizza places as I work in the Capitol Complex. This location has steadily gone downhill for a few years and now, I will not be returning any time soon. The people who work there are AMAZING and are not the issue at all. They are doing the best they can with what they clearly have to work with. There are issues with the salad bar. There are issues with deliveries. They consistently seem to be out of staple ingredients. I believe this all to be an issue of the owner. Good luck. I sincerely hope that things improve. You have good people to work with.

Like a lot of other reviewers on Google and beyond, both the customer service and food are way below par (and I'm pretty patient when it comes to customer service). In one night, they got our order wrong in more than three ways, didn't want to credit for their multiple mistakes OR fix the mistake (eventually they said if I waited ten minutes they could sort of kind of fix one issue); they had a fit on the phone about a coupon (and at the store stated at it for a long time despite having confirmed it worked there ahead of the call - and no, this is just a standard mailed to everyone coupon); the Kelsi kid kept yelling at people and then tried to send me along my way instead of even offering to address my incorrect order; the manager tried to make some excuse about 'Well the value was up to two toppings, so even tho we messed up your order it doesn't matter". Person on phone was almost impossible to hear. Pizza was burnt. Almost no sauce. If you go here, CHECK THE ENTIRE order and address it right away. But know that even then they may send you off to deal with a growing line and people wondering why some random lady is yelling at them (no one yelled at me - instead I just got frustrated looks for not just taking an order that was wrong). Manager kept blaming the chain (I think.. He was kind of hard to understand). Since they can't remember marinara or give it, forget being offered cheese/red peppers. Fortunately my regular pizza hut is awesome (Village). Friendly people, correct orders, awesome flavor, speedy, and professional.

Used to love this location as a kid but nowadays just the quality of staff is different. Ordered two pizzas for delivery and it was fast but the pizzas I ordered wasn't what I was expecting. Paid for extra meat and sauce on both pizzas but seemed like they were bone dry. Don't have this problem on the North but won't order from this location again

I had time to kill before my appointment at red rock and was feeling hungry to the point of being nauseated. So I walked in the cold to go grab a bite, because I don’t have a car. It was warm when I got inside and smelled like dessert pizza. The awesome lady who I assume is the manager said I could have my meal for free if I take two surveys for her! Very nice gesture.
