Braums is always a pleasant and peaceful place to shop. Both the restaurant and grocery are a cut above competitors.
The staff is great and they are always helpful and smiling. The food comes out right and hot. The lady in the grocery area is sweet and kind. She is helpful and she listens and is always smiling and greeting. I always look forward to my Braums shopping trip for the week.
It has really good ice cream plus lots of other foods. And also plants that they sell but mostly they sell ice cream but yeah they do sell other things like meet other restaurants and then fruit and it's a nice restaurant I would prefer going to a restaurant like Braum's and ones like Braum's is rea

These people get overrun with customers and they work their way out of it. This store can get very busy at times.
Stopped in late night to get a couple ice cream shakes and we had the pups with us. I know it is another chain that does pup-achinos but on this particular night, they accommodated us and made up to kiddie size cups with whipped cream! Have to love when a business goes an extra mile!!!

Greatest ice cream south of Wisconsin. They don’t fluff it to sell a lot of air. Just great product and a fresh food store you could live from.

Today was the fastest service I've ever received 5 hamburgers in 3 to 4 minutes I think that's a record clean stores always
Quick groceries fora breakfast supper. Schwaub Ham steaks...nice and thick. Dairy of course. Nice thick buttermilk for homemade pancakes...low on eggs and tomatoes iffy. Service with a smile.
Seems like they can't get my drink right thru the drive thru. I ask to tea half sweet half unsweetened and little ice. I either get all sweet, all unsweetened or all ice. I wish they would get it right.
