This location is doing great things! The manager is very friendly and spoke to everyone that came in as family. I deliver for Uber Eats in my free time and I picked up a delivery from the NW Expressway location. I entered and the friendly atmosphere made me return as a customer. Keep it up!

This place has gone downhill, it’s never really busy anymore either. The prices have gone up just like anything else but it appears the portions are smaller as well, Service is always mediocre I’m never wowed or dissatisfied it’s just basic service.

I went there and if you hear anyone say they were dry, they must hsve just been there on a bad day. Because mine were as juicy as they come.

The meat here is really good. I don't particularly care for the sides. The banana pudding had no bananas, mostly whipped cream. It's kinda pricey but the meat is really tender and favorful. The customer Service is EXCELLENT!!!!!!

First time going back there since March. The service was good. The food was good quality except the baked beans which were pasty and mushy, may be overcooked or in the warmer too long. I was happy to see that like any establishment that serves cooked take out food, Billy Sims does not take back food. Thank you to the manager who made that clear to the lady who trued to return some ribs. So 4 stars for the food I bought ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ for the way the manager handled a situation. I'll be back
Ordered rib dinner and brisket dinner to go. Ribs were tender meat falling off the bone delicious. Brisket also delicious. Enjoyed the potato salad and baked beans side not so much the mac & cheese.

It was past lunch time so there wasn't anyone there. The lady greeted us and took our order right away. She was nice. The other younger lady was on her cell phone. Not very friendly. I had 2 meat and my daughter had 3. As usual our food was excellent. Rib meat just fell off the bone.
This particular location is a rare find. I have 3 times in the last 2 weeks. Let's start with no grease, no excess fat and a good sauce. You don't experience the heart burn or face breakouts. You do experience good BBQ and fun service. Sorry no pics🤭
