El Sombrero - Oklahoma City - Photo album

Very inexpensive. Large portions. Good service. Nice ambience. However, they had only beers for alcoholic drinks, no cocktails! Also, the booth at which we sat, was congested.
Good food and great service. The salsa here is great!
Was very impressed with the service. Was very impressed with the food taste. We will also ordered some jalapenos and onions to go with her meal very tasty very spicy like we like them. So papillas were great. The waitress is very attentive took care of us with our iced tea needs. And was expecting i
Some pitfalls here but otherwise great Mexican food, reminds me of California. They have no tequila and a small beer selection. They have damn good prices and decent service. I recommend the Mexican ribs (they will offer tortillas which you should agree to).
Great breakfast, excellent service, very good location.
Me and my household eat here all the time. We love this place so much that when we come in and they already know what we want to drink before we get to the table. The food is so good and its fairly priced. Unfortunately they have closed down for good.
I liked it. My husband said it needed more flavor. He likes spicy and I like only mild spicy. Clean, waitress very nice and kept us filled with drinks and chips and such.
Food was a step above the others in the area for same type food. Setup of cheese and salsa was a few steps above and service was way above all competitors for all food types. Couple all of this with the great price and you have a winner for same type food places. Only negative was rice was cold alth
Honesty, one of the best Mexican meals I have ever had! I had the spinach enchiladas and it the spinach was so fresh! Sometimes, at other places, the spinach tastes like dirt but it was so fresh here!
I've gone to this restaurant a few times now and they're always delicious! Free queso with chips and salsa is wonderful. The last time I went, I found out they also give a free sopapilla and if you want it with ice cream, it's only 75 cents! I also noticed they have tacos al pastor so I got 2. They
This meal was so flavorful and obviously home made style. I had the chilaquiles dish. The beans have a slight spiciness, the red salsa in the chilaquiles was also a tad spicy but the best tasting chilaquiles dish I've had in okc. Service is on point with lots of smiles and kindness! Good job chef!
El Sombrero's is a good Mexican food restaurant that has been open for a year or two. The food is really good and so is the service. It is located in a good spot in a shopping center near Nw 50th and N. May. I have been a few times and it is consistently good. I have been to a lot of Mexican restaur
Cantina chips and spicy salsa and cheese to start, very good. Great Steak Fajitas. Great Beef Chimichanga. Good Beef Tamales, little bit of corn husk flavor in the tortilla wrap. Friendly staff too.
Always delicious! Try the Barbacoa tacos!
