It's a buffet but I go specifically for the pho buffet and spicy beef soup. You can customize it to your liking. They also have a Mongolian grill that's pretty good. They can get busy on weekends but you'll always get a spot after a short wait. Waitresses are always nice with a smile on their face.

I come for the pho. So good. I don’t eat buffet so 19.95 for soup and hot tea a little pricey. But sometimes I just have to have it! Friendly people, plenty seating. Drink refills are prompt. When my kids come home from all over the world, Golden Palace is first place they hit.
