Ordered on the app to pickup in the lobby. When I got there my order and one other were all that was on the screen. Still took over 10 minutes to get my food. Seems that they prioritize drive thru over anything else. They served several drive thru customers before even thinking of completing my order.
Better today than usual there was a new face I hadn't seen didn't get her name. But so polite and super fast and accurate service with a (pardon for saying) beautiful smile. Be back for sure tomorrow.
ive been here all week in the mornings and there's a curtain male employee with a smile an always running with orders trying his best to please every customer which I think deserves a much awarded raise
Food discrepancies have happened from time to time but that's to be expected with that much output volume but its always been handled friendly and in a reasonable time. Staff there is always friendly, patient, and fun. The location has a good flow for traffic and leads to back alley street making my trip home even quicker. I have never been inside only the drive thru so I can't speak on any of that.
I visited later in the night, with a pretty big order, despite this the employees were courteous had bright smiles, and delivered us with great food. Great job Guys!!
Of the many in the area this one is my favorite. Staff is great. I use the app and usually get curbside.
Great service. Free coffee refills. Awesome place to come and work/study.
