Rainbow Bridge Deli

Would have been 1 star. But the food is usually good so I’m giving a second star bc of that. 1 star for service. It must be a prerequisite to ignore customers. Seriously no one says hello, welcome, can I help you, how are you today, or thank you. Zero customer service. I mean what’s going on with management? Three employees in the deli standing there chatting amongst themselves & not helping customers. I live in Ojai & work in Ojai and this was my last time giving them my money. Get some new leadership!!

This is a well-stocked natural food store, with high prices. What is shameful about this food store, pet store, and attached restaurant is their lack of shame in protecting their employees and the public against COVID: lack of in-store leadership, anti mask signs at the entry doors, wrongful termination of an employee(who sued and won)for advocating mask wearing, lack of mask wearing at the deli and around the produce department and so on. With their attitude, in a small town, it's no surprise we, and everyone else we know no longer shops there.

I love Rainbow Bridge...great salads to go. Yummy vegan cakes,especially the maple apple. Wonderful selection of supplements, nice organic groceries,their nutritional "guide" is very knowledgeable. Some years ago when I lost my sense of smell due to lead poisoning, she helped me get it back 100% by the end of a year! I am so grateful as I cook professionally.
