Boccali's

Parking can be confusing, particularly in the dark but once settled outside with plentiful heaters, it's a wonderful, old fashioned Italian restaurant. Garlic bread side order was terrific as nice crisp to the crust but interior soft and well seasoned. The side green salad was fine and the pasta superb. Spinach lasagna again well seasoned (touch of nutmeg?) and nicely crisp top. The spaghetti with meat balls also nicely done. Topped off with an excellent glass of red wine made for a dinner we couldn't finish. High marks for this little gem. Not fancy, but oh so yummy. P.s the pizzas looked great too.

This place is on & popping. We loved it! I came here with a friend. Food was delicious, you can tell it’s homemade. We ordered pasta, pizza, garlic bread, & dessert. Everything was super tasty. Service was fast & friendly. They truly cared about our dining experience. If I lived closer to Ojai, I’d order from here all the time.

I’ve been to Ojai twice and I always make sure I make a stop at Boccali’s! I love their lasagna! I came here with a group of friends and we all tried different items off the menu. Everyone enjoyed their food. Shared a battle of wine as well. Entrees are decently priced but you get so much value for your money ! Pretty big portions. Would highly recommend this place for dinner.

I always love the environment at Boccali's. They have patio and outside seating. They have large umbrellas to protect you from the sun in case you'd like to enjoy your meal outside with the breeze on your skin. I usually get the Ravioli with pesto sauce, which is tasty. This time I switched it up and had the spinach lasagna with meat sauce and was not disappointed. The small side salad was compact with fresh, crisp veggies. Their bruschetta is always flawless and full of flavor. Lastly, the strawberry shortcake was a perfect and delicious way of ending our meal. The staff is kind. Even when it's really busy there, they don't make you wait long for service.

Big portions, lots cheese, red sauce. One dish could easily serve two. Will not leave hungry. They have their own wine label, had the red blend. This location is at the very edge of town. Big outdoor dinning area with benches not sure how it works out on cold days. The dessert that everyone recommended was not as exciting as the main dishes. Next time will try the pizza seems to be popular.

Absolutely incredible I have been going here for years and it has never fail the food is absolutely incredible amazingly fresh literally like they picked it in the garden and made it for you pasta sauce unlike anything you've ever tasted an amazing outdoor environment I wish every restaurant could be this great After covid and everything else that has happened this is still the most incredible restaurant food freshness service all a 10 plus
