Review Jeremiah's Restaurant - Ogden

My family enjoys coming here for breakfast. So far everything we've tried is pretty good. If you're coming for breakfast be prepared for a long wait.... anywhere from 15 minutes to an hour plus. The service is really hit or miss some days. Also a bummer how the orange juice is not free refills. 😕 Overall, a nice friendly place to sit down and eat.

Food was better than most places like it. Super tasty I always ask for my hashbrowns to be slightly crisper. This time I cam with a party of 9. Spite being super busy the restaurant was Clea, restrooms cleaned, our waitress was on point, remembered drinks none of us had any complaints. We set up a reservation when if you have more than 4 I'd call them so your not waiting around. If you are out in Ogden I highly recommend them!

We were able to call ahead and put our name on the list. The staff was nice and had great suggestions. Buffalo stew was good. Jeremiah's big breakfast was huge! Navajo Taco is big and delicious. Our son had the biscuits and gravy and said it's not like mom makes them but they are good. To sum it up the food was great and they served our party of 6 just right!

This was my first time trying Jeremiah's and it was amazing! We had a big group (21) and they were able to accommodate us and our server Hannah was so nice! We got our food really fast too and it tastes amazing! I loved the environment and that the prices were reasonable! We will definitely be back again. I'd give more stars if I could! Thank you for a great experience 😊😊

Okay so I have been to this restaurant twice now in the last 9 days. The first visit was absolutely worth it. The food is great, the Customer Service is excellent and the atmosphere is amazing. The second visit I wasn’t so keen on. They have a dish that is advertised as better than your mom’s, it’s a roast beef dish. Sadly I must say that it’s not that good. In fact the same dish at Golden Corral is way better. But the first meal I had which was the Pulled Pork sandwich was absolutely delicious. It’s very rare for me to find a BBQ in an out of the way restaurant like this that has a barbecue sauce that I really like. (By the way the restaurant sits just off of Interstate 15 north of Salt Lake City about 30-40 min drive and it’s not technically out of the way). It’s not a vinegar based BBQ and that’s the key element for me. I love it. In fact, overall I love this restaurant and regardless of my second visit not being so good I will most definitely be going back for many more meals that I want to try. Oh and if your a fan of “Fry sauce “ according to my wife they have the best she’s tasted recently which has a “Chipotle “ seasoning added to it. Next update I’ll try to post some pictures of the food. I didn’t get any in my first two visits but here are some pics inside the restaurant which is also connected to a motel. This is a must go visit restaurant if your in the area.

Best food on 12th street. All day breakfast. Twice as much food as you need! Interesting menu and setting.

A friend took me there. All I can say is "wow!" Food was outstanding and the portion size was very generous! Price was very reasonable (under $20 for a lot of food), and the service was good. I liked the rustic decor, and the tables were kept clean. Next time I'm back in town, I will definitely eat there.

Very impressed! We all enjoyed our meals and for the price and the amount of food you get is great! Their menu has a variety to pick from and their serving sizes are larger than most. Jeremiah’s provided a unique experience as it is welcoming and has great service. If you are not from Utah or aren’t familiar with Jeremiah’s I would say to ALWAYS reserve a table an hour before as this place is poppin on Sundays. The pancakes are amazing and I highly recommend trying their scones as well!

Very busy mid-morning on a Saturday. Food was worth the 20 minute wait and was pretty fast. Stopped here as they have scones (fry bread) and that is something I love. Not the best one I have ever had but it was hot and fresh and better than average.

Wife got biscuits and gravy and I got the chicken fried steak. Food was amazing and huge portions for the price. Our waitress was very attentive even though it was a busy Saturday morning. Can't ever go wrong going there!

Toast, scone or pancakes. Definitely go here for breakfast. I picked pancakes and my word, it is a whole order. Two large cakes. Unfortunately it was my only disappointment since they were tough and cold. They had been made awhile before being served. However, the rest was fantastic. Melissa, the server, was prompt, efficient and polite. She had a good command of the menu when I asked questions. Service was immediate from the front desk and they put me by the fire when I asked for a warm place to sit. The rest of the breakfast was perfect. It looks like a local sausage, not the prefab versions you typically see. The hash browns were the a good mix of crispy and soft and the back was thick and not to fatty. I would have liked it a bit more crispy but hey, I didn’t ask. Good job and keep up the good work.

Great place to have a family lunch or a girls brunch. Went here with my best friends and their kids. It was fun. The food was delicious and service was great. They were pretty fast at getting our food to the table co spidering how many people were there. Highly recommend this place.

Took my grandbabies to Jeremiah's(thier favorite place) yesterday for breakfast, our food was delicious and our server (Fernanda) was amazing. Thier scones are amazing. We don't mind the wait, the food is worth it.

I ordered a steak (bigger then expected), sent it back twice because I asked for medium, I got rare, both times. The carrots and baked potato were great. My son ordered the chicken strips (it only had 3 pieces) and he said it was really great and filling (That's saying a lot for a 16 yr old). He had 1 strip and some fries left over. He had them for lunch today. I'd recommend this place for atmosphere, price, fast service and quality of food (not too sure about the steak being cooked right). Our waitress seemed like she didn't want to be there and only checked on us once unless I flagged her down. We got no, hope you enjoyed your meal or thanks for coming. Only once who acted like they even cared we were there or came were the girls at the front door.

I have always enjoyed going to Jeremiahs because you could count on good food and good service. So what a total shock to not only get bad dinner but the waitress didn't even bother to see if we wanted anything to drink besides the pitcher of water. My chicken fried chicken steak was so over cooked it was dry and hard. My friends chicken fried steak was the same. My husband ordered a ground sirloin medium and it was cooked well done and dry. The other meal was chicken tenders and they came out over cooked. Someone in the kitchen was having a bad night. I have to many good dinners there to not try again. Buy was very disappointed last night. Especially when you drive 2 hours to meet friends there.

This is the best restaurant. You have to order a scone when you arrive. My husband loves the biscuits and gravy. I love the pot roast with mashed potatoes. We have been here four times, and all four times were fabulous

Best breakfast in Ogden, UT. Call ahead is the best way to get seated without a wait because everyone loves to eat here so of course there's a wait. Always happy to eat here for Sunday brunch. Great scones and bacon.

Still our favorite place. The food is still good and the coffee is hot. Never once have we been disappointed with whatever we ordered off the menu.

Have a marvelous waiter. Excellent food. Very wonderful staff. Would return any time I'm in Ogden

There is no reservation option and you can't go on the waiting list until all your party is present. No matter if you have a special needs person that takes a while to get seated, no matter if you have a very pregnant woman in your party. So we got to wait an extra 30 minutes after our party arrived and then another ten minutes to get our special needs person. Doubt we will be back

Great service. Food was good as always. Never been disappointed. The service has always been great and very friendly server's.

Let me start off by saying that we usually love Jeremiah's. Their weekend breakfast is amazing. But I have just learned that their "all day breakfast" equates to biscuits left over from the morning. Horrible. David could've taken down Goliath with my biscuit. Note to self (and all Yelpers), stick to Jeremiah's super busy weekend breakfast .... because it's obvious they have their B or C kitchen crew working during the week.
