Jack In The Box

I ordered the double patty melt meal and the meat was dry and the onions was not cook also the cheese was not even melted, tasted bad! Fries was cold and it looks as it came from the bottom of the bag short and full of salt! My husbands classic buttery jack's meat was also nasty! People work hard to make money people! Not to buy nasty food and to get home hungry and waste money on these nasty food! Do the job right! I would rather wait than to have these nasty food! Make it right please! I know a lot of your employees don't care beacuse they don't have to eat it or not their money to spend and they are getting paid no matter what! Do your job right please! You don't even deserve 1 star! Been A while since I was at this location and it’s worse! You call these curly fries and crispy chicken tenders? The price of the food is higher and the quality is worse then ever! Burned chicken dry and what ever these is they called curly fries! What a shame laugh as you take our hard earned money for that.

This restaurant is one of the best. Late night or early morning the food is always delivered by caring employees. They are always friendly and do fuss if you need to change something or try to hurry you along when ordering. My orders have always been perfect weather it's been a six person order or just one, they haven't missed an item yet. Big smiles and friendly, it's nice to see that these days. I can't actually see their smiles, but the eyes show their smiles behind the masks. Good service, excellent Jack food, and quick times thru the drive thru. Hungry this is your best spot to go in the area.
