The staff here is kind, but the portions are messed up. Ever order food and wonder “where did the toppings go?!” If 4 strings of cheese is enough- you’re good… 😒. Order inside and not for pickup if you don’t want to be skimped on toppings.

Drew was incredible. She saved us as customers. We were wondering if we would continue getting dinner here or not. The service was starting to lack, but she was awesome tonight! So happy - even through the communist mask she is forced to wear - I could still see joy. She made sure all of our food was prepared exactly how was asked and her eyes sparkled. Thanks Drew! We will be back!

Chipotle has really gone downhill in past few years. This just as bad as Vista location. Wanted lettuce bowl, lettuce was brown and why mix in wilted kale? Used to be so good. Steak was dry and burned so got carnitas, bland and blah.

I just want to say we usually order at this location with no problem and have never had an issue before. My husband went out to get us both burrito bowls and chips and he came back to opening our food and both of our bowls being half full. My bag of chips we almost like the ones you get at the bottom of a bag (all broken and small pieces). Sucks and kind of disappointed.

Ordered off the chipotle app, order as late, they forgot the guac and gave one normal sized burrito and another half sized burrito that was barely bigger than my car keys. I tried to contact customer service with no response. Not coming to this chipotle again.
