This place used to be a great place to eat out they had good Mexican food at reasonable prices The Establishment is no longer at this location because of the recent fire and it burning down but I do hear talk about them remodeling and making a new Rubio's although I'm not sure

I ordered on the Rubio’s Coastal Grill Website yesterday afternoon for my lunch time.
I ordered one order of the Fully Loaded Grilled Chicken Nachos with Guacamole, Refried Beans, Sour Cream, Diced Tomatoes, Cilantro, Pio Pico Sauce, and melted Cheese. I also ordered one regular size Sprite soft drink and for dessert I ordered lone Honduran Chocolate Brownie. My total bill was $ 23.92. I also received Free Shipping when ai ordered yesterday on Rubio’s website. That’s a great deal! Wade this Door Dash Driver delivered my Oder yesterday 10 minutes earlier than I expected. Everything I ate yesterday like The All Natural Grilled Chicken Fully Loaded Nachos was very delicious! The Chocolate Brownie was very moist and flavorful. And my Sprite soft drink was refreshing. I highly doubt Rubio’s Costal Grill Fully Loaded Grilled Chicken Nachos.

We always come here for taco tuesday and smash on tacos. Salsa bar is always legit. They have VANILLA COKE on Tap here. Quality food!

As someone who's existence is solely dedicated to eating fish tacos, these were definitely one of my favorites. I ordered the fish taco especial and a blackened fish taco and I believe my total came to about $8 for a platter including refried beans and chips. I'm an east-coaster who has been dying to try the west coast freshness and a quick google search and this place was one of the top rated, and rightfully so. Both tacos were served on corn tortillas, which was obviously better than flour! The blackened tilapia had some kick which was appreciated and the especial was breaded and fried and had a hearty greasy taste to it, and not in a bad way. Whoever put the taco together was more of a picasso instead of a caravaggio in terms of attention to detail, but it's a taco so it's bound to be messy and all comes together in one bite anyways. In terms of taste, it was just what I wanted! I give it 4 stars instead of 5 because it's a chain instead of a mom-and-pop small joint, which I would maybe appreciate more due to authenticity. I ordered take out so I cannot comment on the ambiance.

I always order the Mexican corn bowl with shrimp. It's always good but today it was FANTASTIC! Hot, fresh and prepared perfectly. I'm so glad they put it as a permanent menu item. You won't be disappointed! Quality food for the money.
