In-n-out Burger

😔THEY DON’T GIVE MILITARY DISCOUNT. Especially sad because they’re located right by the base so our service members give them a LOT of business. Usually great customer service. Unfortunately, today it was not. Our order was thrown in a wrinkled (used?) bag with spread on the outside. Edit: wow! Got home, and they actually forgot one of our burgers AND the onions were raw, not grilled. They’ve never messed our order up so badly before. New staff working?

Bad service the cashier is yawning while taking the order, on top of that there is another cashier who comes and interrupts her while she is taking the order. No apologies or anything good to say. 👎on top of that she added a French fry which I didn’t order because she got distracted by the other person. This is called cheating with innocent customers.

The staff is always nice, but I had to take a star because of the many times I been here, there's a couple who ask customers to forfeit their table saying their child has a disability and likes to watch the burgers be made. I have given up my seat before I the past to be nice and accommodate, but noticed the child has no interest in watching the burgers be made, and that seat in particular, the one nearest the cashier, you can't see the kitchen. Today I offered my seat 3 chairs down so he can get a better view of the kitchen and she politely declined then walked to an elder woman sitting at the table she wanted and asked her if she's dining in to please give up her seat. I understand the son has a disability but I'm very disgusted at the adults using his disability as an excuse to bump customers from their table especially when there's many open tables available near the kitchen for viewing. This has happened more than 4 times since dine in has reopened.

This particular branch never disappoints. Drive thru is always fast and efficient. Food is always cooked right. There are other branches out there that sometimes don't cook the burger patties properly however this particular branch does cook it up to standards. Last but not least the workers here are respectful and very accommodating. There are times that although we are in Carlsbad and even though there's an In-N-Out there we still choose this branch because of the overall experience that we have on this Branch. I can honestly say that this is better
