As a vegan, one of the things you miss out on is bagel sandwiches. But seed to sprout bakery has filled that void. Their bagels are delicious and the sandwich options will make your vegan bagel sandwich dreams come true. I had the BLT sandwich and my husband ordered a tofu scramble and cheese bagel.
