I had a poor experience here in the past and received a coupon for a free sandwich to make up for it but didn’t get to use it because it expired too soon and we don’t get out much these days. My only complaint this time was that there were no bags and one of the sandwiches was dropped in the parking lot but thankfully they were well packed and taped. Anyway, whoever made my sandwich ought to be made employee of the month. (I think there was only one person in there when the order was picked up on 4/9/2020 at 8:20 p.m.) That person followed the mobile order down to the last detail even with special requests and they were very kind when an extra side of pickles and olives was asked for upon pickup. If more fast food employees were like this person, someone who clearly takes pride in their work, the world would be a better place. Kudos to you for a job very well done!

Staff here is poorly trained , multiple mistakes on orders which was kind of impresive since its a step by step process. Then was not charged for the meal after asking multiple times while the guy looked for my order on the computer and cost 3 tomes as much for 2 sodas and two drinks. Over all i have to say 10 outta 10 do not recommend

Please be aware this location does not participate in promotional deals or special events. Visited for the free sandwich promotion event today to try one of the new sandwiches, which was supposed to be from 10am to noon but was informed this location was not participating...I saw advertisements on local TV and through my Google News feed for this event. All I can say is FALSE ADVERTISING AND MISREPRESENTATION!!!! I should not have wasted my time and want to help you save yours.

Went to get the free sub today that was advertised,was told they are not doing it. They try to say it was due to staffing. Everytime I drive bye this location the employees are just standing out back smoking anyways, and that's part of the reason I don't visit this location usually. Last time I actually purchased a sub here it was awful as well.

I visited for the first time Saturday 07/17/21. The place was packed and busy with lines out the door. I am a local but very picky about where I eat. My brother, nieces, and I attended the Slammed in the Sand car show. We stopped for lunch. Employees although working their own stations didn't switch gloves between orders, wash hands between orders, or even wipe counters between orders. Needless to say, but luckily it was only me who ended up sick for two days. Won't be returning.
